A pleasant place to go to, staff are all very friendly and helpful and nice, have no problem answering any questions you may have either in person or over the phone.

This review is for my pregnancy ultrasound. I went in twice for an ultrasound to MD imaging, one was for my 12 week scan and 20 week scan. The sonographer who did the ultrasound both the times was very moody, in a big rush and didn't even greet us with a smile or a good morning. This scan was supposed to be an exciting experience as it is my first baby, but the sonographer's mood and attitude made the whole experience very tense and anxious. I cannot comment on her experience but because she was in such a rush and so moody I went home worried about the baby if I went to the right place and if everything was alright.
Dear MD imaging, if your sonographer has a better attitude especially with pregnant women it would make it a much better experience.

I visited MD Imaging for a calcium score. I had to change my appointment over the phone which was seamless and efficient. On arrival I was greeted warmly by Kim, an outstanding member of the Admin front desk team. Kim is fabulous at her job. Firstly a smiling face is a great start however her communication skills and efficient and caring manner was first class. In such a busy environment, Kim was able to make my experience at MD Imaging a very satisfying one - 10 out of 10 from me!

I have been here on several occasions and have good experience with staff and technicians. Very friendly and helpful. Also on time.

I have been going here for CT Scans and ultrasounds. Today I had to have biopsy on breast. Doctor and staff were absolutely fantastic and made me feel reassured as I was nervous and scared. The staff are always amazing and friendly. Won't go anywhere else now.

I have been here 7 times, made an appointment each time and turn up early and I always end up waiting more than an hour (not including early arrival)

We went for an ultrasound today. Although we were called in well before time, the service was very unsatisfactory. What was meant to be a detailed scanned, finished in about 10 mins. No details or communication from the woman doing the scan. She seemed to be in a rush. She referred us for a blood test without any details about what the blood test was about or that it wasn’t bulk billed. This was meant to be an exciting scan for us but ended up making us angry and upset at this unprofessional service.

Be ready to wait more than hour although you have an appointment. First outside practise. Than inside scan room. You don’t have enough space even to accomodate people. Keep waiting

Went in for a 12 week nuchal scan and they were running half an hour late so rushed me in and out in 5 mins taking 5 pictures and wouldn’t show me anything on the screen or tell me a heart rate or anything! Won’t be going back.

I’ve been to alot of imaging places before, this is by far the best. I travelled from Campbelltown as I work in eastern creek and needed somewhere ASAP for an ultrasound, I called apologizing for the late notice and they were super kind and understanding and were able to get me in the next day. When I got there I didn’t want to leave, a really calm environment and really well run! I ended up waiting quite a while for my appt (I actually thought I missed my name being called) but after clarifying they were apologetic for the wait which was no issue at all. I would return again in a heart beat. Thank you

First time I visited this place was to get an ultrasound scan done for my sprained ankle. I was unable to walk and hopped in using my crutches. It was a very busy time around 10.30am on a Saturday morning, to my surprise as I entered from the door a kind girl who was at the reception came towards me and offered me a wheelchair without even being asked. She took me straight into the reception without letting me wait in the queue. While I waited for my turn, I noted that the staff is very kind and proactive. I heard one of them patiently and kindly serving a lady who had difficulty in communication due to language barrier as well. And my scan was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for your amazing care

This place is very efficient, the stsff are all very polite and professional, the premises is very modern and clean. The services they offer are state of the art, very modern, very expensive. I would return here if I needed any imaging of my body parts.

This place exceeded my expectations. They were professional from the moment I called to make the appointment to the moment I walked out of their facility. The service was provided with care and the doctor/staff were very kind and calming:)

I had a CT Angiogram with contrast injection here this week. I was very nervous as Im allergic to iodine and had to take a few medications before the scan. The staff were wonderful and understanding, particularly the 2 young men who helped me, they put me at ease and were very reassuring. I t took 2 hours longer due to my having to take extra medication to slow my heart rate but the wait wasnt tedious. Very impressed with the whole experience and my scans were delivered by Express Mail a few days later.

I was truly moved by how caring the staff here were towards my mom and the excellent service we received. Thank you very much!

Fantastic staff right from the reception staff all the way to the owners and everyone in between, facilities are excellent and very patient friendly, always clean and immaculate.
Although very busy wait times are minimal.
Can not recommend highly enough, and extra for Dr Caitlin Kapoor who goes above and beyond to help.
