Don’t even bother going here if you don’t have all day to wait around for an appointment.took an hour and a half to go in for a 5 minute scan with a booked appointment.scans are always late and they tell you it’s ready even if it’s not

Worst experience went for a dating scan for my pregnancy didn't tell me anything except ask your doctor it lasted 2 minutes if that she pushed so hard I said something then she says maybe a vaginal scan I said no due to being so early and she said okay bye talk to your doctor why you refused my doctor clearly said no vaginally scan just ct scan so unprofessional and uncomfortable will never go back

Had my 1st cortisone injection today
in the back of neck, with Dr Caitlin Kapoor, she was fantastic, very caring understanding, explained everything, I was rather worried, but she was excellent, thank u so much Georgina Willcox

I went there for my dating scan and the receptionists were lovely and they answered all my queries promptly. However, I thought the whole process was very rushed and the sonographer did not talk much about what she was doing and the experience could have definitely been better.

Dr Caitlin Kapoor and Dr Shane Connelly have been looking after me for the past 6 years, they do injections into my spine as well as my shoulder and knee, I would NEVER go anywhere else now, besides the fact that they are both incredibly lovely, personable and caring they are both professional and VERY good at their job.
Th equipment and facilities are top of the line, very clean, bright and welcoming.
The rest of the staff from the ladies on reception to the tech staff doing scans and preparing you for procedures are also very lovely, professional and truly caring.
I can't recommend MD Imaging highly enough.

Most unprofessional and RUDE staff I've come across with in a long time! I was asking one of the staff members a question and she just looked at me like a lost zombie and didn't say anything until another worker took over
One of the radiologists was SO rude and arrogant! He didn't want me coming inside the room to have an xray done for my distraught daughter. When I said "I want to stay inside with my daughter, if you don't mind" his rude and pathetic reply was "yeah I mind, I DO MIND! " I don't know your name but you're a disgrace to any decent and professional worker in your field! Go get a reality check and work on your people skills. The same goes to the rest of the staff there. Absolutely shocking and bad customer service.

I have always gone here for ultrasound, xrays, mri and always been in on time or early they have all been lovely and understanding I never go anywhere else never had bad experiences

I am very happy with this X-ray department. All the staff were very friendly. And the Radiologist was very friendly also

Very fast service. It can get crowded if you walk in. Best to book an appointment over the phone. Location is great with so much parking available. Highly recommended

This place is terrible. The reception staff were appalling. They basically called me a liar when they were clearly at fault and did not do their job properly. Rude. The old lady at the desk needs to get off the pedestal and be more polite to customers.

I have always found the services here including the staff to be professional and the clinic appears to be clean. They manage peak periods really well.

I had a really good experience with the center, I had an urgent ultrasound scan to do, and a lady named Maya received us and was really kind and accommodating.
The ultrasound technician Brenda was also amazing and took the time to explain us about the scan.

Have been twice, once about a year and half ago as i had appendicitis and they diagnosed me quickly & another for a breast lump to be checked. Staff are lovely & wait times are short, they make you feel comfortable & at ease

I just want to say a big thank you to sonographer called will, i was aprehensive about having ct scan and he was very patient and kind

I just came from this imaging centre and saw atleast 3 employees coming from the parking lot into the centre without masks. They walked right past patients as if there is no pandemic. Aĺl patients I saw wore masks, but these 3 employees who came around 8am did not. What makes them so damn special that they can do whatever they want regardless? Shame on all three.

A busy, fast, efficient practice. Hand your referral to reception, answer one page question sheet. Sit down & not long you are called in. X-ray, CT takes only a few minutes. Come back 2-3 hours to pick up your films.
