This review relates to Mr Richie Hughes, Business Development Manager for McGrath, Surry Hills.

Richie has already exceeded my expectations in every way.

He has been an absolute gentleman in every way from day 1, displaying a positive attitude, an affable humility about his demeanour plus the actual capability to achieve top-notch results for the owner of the property.

I had come to expect little from the real estate industry due to negative past experiences.

Despite this, Richie has, within a matter of only days, genuinely proven to be an exemplary real estate professional, securing not only brilliant tenants but also considerably more rent per week than we had originally advertised for, a pleasant surprise for any landlord.

Richie achieved this after only the very first showing of the home (mid-week, mind you and without the advantage of the weekend), being able to produce an impressive total of 29 groups of prospective tenants for showing to the home on his very first attempt, before ultimately selecting the highest quality tenants for a 12 month lease.

Richie deserves to be congratulated for his absolutely outstanding performance as BDM and I trust that upper management / the partners running the show at McGrath recognise what an indispensable asset Richie is to the good name of this agency.

Though I've only had minimal contact with the McGrath team at the end of my lease, both sales/ property team members were obliging, helpful and customer service oriented. Notable shout out to Martina T, Zac (property) and Josh (sales) for making my experience as painfree and efficient as possible. They're also willing to reply out of hours and on weekends, especially helpful as dates and notice periods work on a '365' schedule.
