Would not book with this holiday rental again.
Nothing in the booking information mentioned anything about stair cases in the accomodation, or a shower built into the bath which was knee high to climb over.was not accessible for my mother who has mobility issues so therefore had to sleep on the lounge because she could not walk up and down the stairs, could not shower because she couldn’t even get over the bath to get into the shower and when I contacted the realestate they said they would look else where for us to stay and look at giving a refund but heard nothing back. The hot water tap never worked in the bath, there was no hand rail for the top of the stairs which is so dangerous especially when you have a child walking up and down the stairs.
Wish I could give it a 0 review but unfortunately I can’t.

We had previously purchased a house through Rebecca and approached her to sell a property as well. Rebecca advised we do some upgrades but suggested we cancel some others as they wouldn't add sufficient value. We were provided clear summaries after each open home and private viewing. Their valuation was spot-on and they walked us through negotiations rather than jumping at the first offer (which was our instinct). Rebecca and Shayne were always cheerful and helpful when contacted. We were very happy with the process and the result.
