Robert and his team are second to none, from start to finish their service was impeccable. I tried selling this property in the past and the previous agent not only was suggesting I would get a lower final sell rate and was unsuccessful after months. The whole process was seamless and I cannot suggest using this real estate agent enough

Extremely horrible experience being told only registered buyers were able to inspect a home prior to auction after 2 phone conversations when none of this was mentioned or advertised on their websites/emails/apps.

After I questioned Robert Bagala as to why there was no advertising or mention of this, I was completely shut down with no sympathy or sincerity.

No respect for peoples time. Won’t be wasting our time again.

We bought a property from Robert. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is good at giving potential buyers confidence which I think is the main thing in an auction campaign. Thanks again for all the help!

Continuously changing employees and its very hard to ''touch base' with one property manager who knows their stuff. After calling in and enquiring about a property manager to look after my investment property i later find out he is no longer working there even though his details are still all over the company website and listings.such an unprofessional and snobby real estate.

The property manager didn’t turn up for the open home. I had to ring the office for the agent to come and show the property. When the agent turned up she hardly said a word, was not very apologetic and took phone calls throughout the inspection. If I was the owner of this property I would not be impressed. Wouldn’t recommend this real estate agency.

Good to hear most people have positive experiences. I had a strange one. One of the representatives, a mandarin speaking one kept chatting to me in Mandarin during the first 10 minutes of the bidding process of an auction. I found this very distracting as I couldn't hear the auctioneer. I told him I can't hear the auctioneer speak and to not distract me during the critical bidding process. Only after being assertive several times did he stop distracting me.

It was very bizzare and I don't understand why he felt it was his job to distract me while the auctioneer was speaking. He knew I was a native english speaker so he didn't need to translate.

I think I'll be staying away from these people next time I'm buying or selling property.

First National Real Estate Hunters Hill, Gladesville & Ryde have such poor Management Skills. Whether it is Selling, Property Management or Employment, they lack a lot of detail with their service as a Real Estate contributing to the area that you are seeking help from.
I would never recommend them ever.
