Horrible horrible last 12 months with them. No communication and extremely rude. Tenants should not be made to feel like a burden when it comes to trying to talk to their agent and completely ignored when it comes to repairs.

The worst experience with McGrath agency, right from the day one of inspection all the way till vacating the house. It is literally like banging my head towards the wall. Even the owner had the same experience, towards the end of the tenancy, the owner has changed the agency to another agency - this explains everything about their service. You can't rely on supervisor of the branch who doesn't address your concern nor respond - where would you go? The only way is stay away from them, when i was looking at rental properties, there were couple of good houses from McGrath, i told myself dare not to inspect any property from McGrath.

I would highly recommend team Daniel and Oliver. They have the right knowledge and skills to share if you truly want to sell your property at the right value in the right moment.

Ridiculous service. The agent responsible for my lease has resigned 3 times within 8 months. I requested for an extra pair of keys and waiter nearly 5 months. I was assigned a new agent to manage my lease and he doesn't seem to know what he's doing. One of the worst experience ever.
