From the first meeting with Tony and Rachel we were left feeling super confident and at ease that the process of selling our home would run smoothly and that it did! They went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed of all market interest and enquiries so that we felt comfortable and understood every step of the process. DISGRUNTLED PURCHASER

I am writing this review to alert my plight to any planning to buy your property from "McGrath Coolangatta" as the agent.

I was disappointed with the service provided by McGrath. I purchased an investment property at Banora Point from McGrath Coolangatta, having been based in Melboutne. Being in Melbourne, I had to rely on the agent to ensure that they would assist with a proper handover of property to me as the purchaser from the vendor. The least an agent could have done for the purchaser who is about 1500 kilometers away was to make sure that the property was in good nick.

To my utter disappointment and dismay, the agent did not assist in any way to contact the vendor about the shortcoings of the property on post handover.

On contacting "McGrath Coolangatta" (the agent) about the flaws, I was informed that it was all my responsibility. As such, I had to incur expenses in getting the property into good order prior to renting it.

For those planning on using "McGrath Coolangatta" for any of your future purchase, please make sure that you do not get short changed like me.

I would very much appreciate righteousness and honesty in all dealings.
