Jason Monk - honest, diligent, & pleasant

We recently purchased a property and Jason Monk was the selling agent. He was pleasant to deal with - a nice guy you might say. He was responsive in getting back to us and as a buyer it can be frustrating when agents either don't return phone calls or they seem too busy to care. Jason was very patient and kept in touch even when we looked at a number of properties; nothing was too much trouble. I also liked that he answered questions honestly, and if he had to check with the seller, he would get the right answer instead of just making up an answer on the spot or brushing off the question. That gave us a level of trust that we didn't feel with some other agents. Overall Jason was trustworthy, enthusiastic about the property, and has a wonderful approach to customer service. We highly recommend him if you are thinking about either buying or selling.

5͏ stars is not enough. Dealt with 5 real estate agents in recent times. Grant is heads and shoulders above them all. He knows what he is talking about and if he doesn't know will say so and go and find the answer. He returns calls in a reasonable time and is always upbeat, polite and happy to talk. But his best talent is he does embellish the property giving you the reality of what to expect. I would engage Grant again and highly recommend you do the same.

He's on the ball, approachable, and if he doesn't know now, he makes it his business to soon find out. He always follows through.
