A huge huge thank you to Ronald Lee for all his help with finding us our new home. I had been to a few inspections with other agencies prior to meeting Ronald and he was by far the most genuine agent of all the others I had met previously.

I had some concerns with whether we'd find a property in time before our leased ended, as it was right in the middle of lockdown but from my first contact with Ronald, he made me feel very at ease and comfortable, almost like we had been friends for years but still very professional. He was honest, reliable and responded to all of my queries almost instantaneously. All in all, a great guy who is genuinely interested in getting to know what your needs are and delivering. It's very rare to come across agents who have these qualities and I'd highly recommend him to all!

George and the team at McGrath are absolutely exceptional. True to their word and honest trustworthy advice is the most sought out for when buying or selling a property and George and his team provided exactly that with impeccable results.

Yvonne Ristevska is very rude on phone calls and texts. No manners at all. Very aggressive and does not know how to talk to her clients. Please don't work in these roles if you dont know how to talk to people.

Didn't have a good experience.advertisement costs me nearly $4.5K though I provided them photos from my managing agent. They put my property in auction. Auction failed. Gave another two weeks time to sell. That's also failed. They talked multiple times with my tenant to vacate my property for quick sell. I trusted and agreed to vacate. Property vacated for two months. My trust on them costs me nearly $10K. Later noticed, they added a clause in contract, I will not able to sell my property after next three months from the auction day. Never discussed this clause with me.

Good thing, agent reported me very well. I could know what was going on during sale. Seems worked hard to sell. But that didn't help me financially.
