To be honest, we had no idea what the process would involve and no matter how silly our questions were, the staff explained everything to us. Ronald is a absolute legend. I only had 3 days to find a new place to move in and I mentioned that to Ronald when I emailed him my application. I got a swift reply from him and in less than an hour my application was processed by them.
