Very UNprofessional real estate, now i see they've changed their name! Also the 5 star feedback on this are from owners and owners friends. Do not sign your lease with this real estate. They take weeks to fix issues and can't even advertise a property without a major fail and wouldn't accept it as their responsibility, they don't take your phone calls or call you back. They also don't do condition reports very well, moved in to an extremely dirty house and when vacating they wanted more cleaned even though the place looked better then when I first moved in. So glad I got out of my lease with no issues unlike some people I know.
Oh also they kick out GOOD tenants they've taken over new properties from a previous real estate because they had 'issues' (they caused) in the past. Again very UN PROFESSIONAL.

The worst real estste we have dealt with to date.i have contacted the rental board and we are reporting the unprofessional way they deal with their clients.very disappointed with the way they treated us and shocked at the blatant lying that goes on. The place should be investigated and we are doing what we can to ensure this happens.do yourself a favor and go through a different real estate as we want to warn others.:)
