Terrible experience!
We came from Sydney to Mudgee region for few days to look at potential lifestyle properties to buy. We spoke to Ben on the phone and organised the meeting to come and discuss our needs in person and get the process started. We made Ben aware that we have two puppies with us as we can’t leave them unattended at the property we are staying at. On arrival reception staff was very welcoming and friendly as well as other office members. We were shown to a waiting area where we were offered tea and coffee. Several staff members wanted to come and say hello to our dogs and we were happy with that. Our 6 month old pup barked couple of times as puppies do when they aren’t familiar with the place or the people. The dogs were sitting under the table on their mat.
A large man came out of the office and without introducing himself, asked us to take the dogs outside and tie them up to a pole in the pouring rain. We said that it’s raining heavily, very windy and our dogs are only 6 and 11 months old and we are not prepared to do that. He then told us to go outside with them. He didn’t Introduce himself and was extremely unfriendly. Spending few days in Mudgee, we were pleasantly surprised how dog friendly and happy people were. The experience this afternoon was not pleasant and absolutely unnecessary. We have not been given any other options to accommodate our needs. It makes you wonder how does Adam deal with other aspects of the business. The only thing he said to us multiple times other than to go outside in the pouring rain, that “he owns the place”, asserting his position of power. We understand that the property market is slowing down and wondering how the vendors would feel knowing that’s how the owner of the agency, they entrusted to sell their properties, treats multimillion dollar cash buyers. We have never been treated this way and would not recommend Adam Woods, the owner. After being made welcome by his staff, Adam turned that around immediately to an uncomfortable and childish schoolyard like behaviour, bullying us out of the premises. Clearly our business is not of an interest to him and we will be taking it elsewhere

Honesty with integrity
I found Adam to act with total honesty the whole way through the sales process and his integrity is always front of mind, he totally understands the mindsets and mental anguish you go through selling your much loved asset, he listens and helps you through the process. I would recommend Adam to anyone buying or selling their home
