After visiting in person, emailing and phoning several times, I am yet to receive a call back in regards to a property. The property is still available and yet no one has contacted me about my enquiry.

Being in the business of selling real estate, you’d think they would want to speak to people interested in purchasing properties. However my experience is such that they never respond to any enquiries I’ve made.
Not a great look for them. Not helpful to me and certainly not in the interest of vendors wanting to sell their properties
They definitely won’t be getting my business since they don’t have any customer service

McFarlane’s have been managing my investment property whilst I’ve been living and travelling abroad. In this time, I’ve had some big issues arise with my property and Linda Battishill, Jackie Smith and the PM team have been incredible. Even with the obstacle of having an 11-hour time difference and me being unreachable at times, their communication and professionalism has been second to none!

I wanted a no fuss, easy sale of our investment property and Alex gave exactly that! Alex Cockburn recently sold our investment property at Cliftleigh for us. She was very professional in her approach and negotiated a purchase price with the eventual buyer which we could not have been happier with.
