If I could give a 10 star rating for noel McFarlane I would in a heart beat! Everyone there is so lovely especially Jane Shaw! Jane knew how much I love living in the house I'm renting now, and when the house was being sold I was so worried but Jane purposely looked for investors and turns out a lovely young investor couple brought my house! They are such wonderful people and Jane was very supportive and there for me all the way. She really cares about all us tenants, I would honestly say that noel McFarlane is the best real estate agency!

It’s all about the follow up! Lachlan is an amazing young man who can handle the trickiest of conversations, properties and sale goals. He came back to me after a sales pitch and I was hard on him, to his credit he listened and managed his approach, considered my needs and future. If this young man was not brave enough to manage that conversation I would not have sold my home and would not be now enjoying the life I hoped for. Through out the Sales process Lachlan was positive about my property, interested in suggestions, flexible to ideas and always available. No matter what the question, change or critique he would stay in the moment with me and have his eye on the best outcome. Selling your home is a roller coaster ride and Lachlan is definitely a great wing man. Dana was very professional and was happy to wait till I was ready to put the house on the market. I was selling it on behalf of someone else. She never pressured me once. I’m sure the best possible price was obtained and would recommend her to everyone I know. It was a tricky situation and she did everything she could to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. Most unprofessional realestate out there. Rented a property through them and had major issues from day 1. Started with lies and lies on the ingoing inspection, claiming lawns were mowed 2 days before moving in when they were knee high, many things said they were clean when they were absolutely filthy. Came across many issues raised from the second day and always got the same reply from Tayla of “it’s been forwarded to the owner”, and later finding out that the owner had not been notified of any issues. House was put onto the market 2 weeks after living there and became more of a nightmare. Demanding that they were doing an open house while my partner was inside asleep from night shift and not a single care in the world about. Afterwards Jacob became abusive over the phone and starting blackmailing eviction because we had asked for inspections to be a few days later and the agreement before that for no shed access (as we weren’t allowed in the shed during our inspection too) now didn’t suit him and all he cared about was getting it his way. Lachlan showing the house was filling everyone with lies about the property and did not want to learn a single thing about it to try and sell it for the ridiculous asking price. We were told by Jacob that he had 30 people interested and it would sell after the first inspection. About 5 month later only 10 people had been through and the owner took the house off the market with them to try and get another realestate to sell. Would never recommend the agency to anyone with unprofessional and abusive they were. They all expected the world to revolve around them and get their scummy pockets filled. Probably will get the usual reply of “we don’t see you in our records” but have everything in email and text message proof and ready to take it further when needed. Don’t waste your time or money with such an unprofessional group of people, putting the business name to shame.
