52Had coke spilled on my chips and tissues and the server thought it was ok until I say something, the vanilla coke tasted like coffee
3rd visit 3rd time order was incorrect. Only realised once home 20 min away.ordered 9 things 4 were correct
I started going there after bad WAITING experiences in other outlets in the area.till last nite I got there at 11: 30 and ordered my food only to get it 15 minutes later as there were two staff members mainly serving the Drive Thru customers and then the rest!
Food was good, but the service wasn't great. It wasn't busy and my order was messed up twice and the food took a while to reach my table.
Waited 50 minutes for my order, didn’t get a ticket from the machine and the order was wrong and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to change it. Sarah (whom I suppose is the manager) was not interested in what was going on with the customers saying she was busy inside and no one was at the counter. Not going back, not recommended
Great experience, my order was wrong but it was given to me with a smile so I didn't mind. The staff is overworked but very friendly.
Best Maccas around town, staff even assisted carrying the drinks out to the car without me asking them.
Not clean, staff are irritable and horribly precious, even by Maccas standards. I normally love a McDonalds getaway but the service here makes me feel almost as miserable as the workers.
What can I say about this Maccas and my experience nothing special just another maccas you would expect things to get better with time. Not always so
OK just went there via drive through. Service was good BUT if I ask and pay for a medium fries I don't expect to get something smaller than a small fries. Seriously things like that annoy me. It's not right. I shouldn't have to check my order before I get home. Not happy to be honest.
I work nearby and have been twice now. Both times chips & burger were not the least bit hot or fresh. First time let it go but now 2nd time just as bad. Terrible food.
