McDonald's Milperra

Self service machine didn’t print my receipt, place was a bit busy at 1pm on a saturday, overall not a bad experience but could be better

Food and service was great. Fast and food was so fresh! My sister literally drove us all the way to Milperra because she prefers it over the Bankstown one.

Its rare to get a fresh Quick bite at a fast food restaurant like Mcas, staff were fast and freindly service

Still wating on my order that was to be delivered at 11: 16 now 12: 21.

Called menulog they said its been delivered, then that the drivers phone is off and they can't get in touch with him, and that there phones been off since the order was picked up.

Hope the driver likes my $40 meal.apparently I can't even get the food resent and it will take like 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Woot.

Menulog did offer to call me back about the order in 4hours time.can't wait to stay up till 4am to be assured that my food will never come.

We went through drive thru, paid at the first window and were handed half our order at the second. Everything was fine and we were waiting for the rest - until the manager came and yelled at us, saying we hadn’t paid and needed to go back through the whole system again. He was super aggressive and not at all willing to find a reasonable solution other than lining up again in a queue of several cars. It was a really unpleasant experience.

This McDonalds store us like a Pre School with young teenagers & young adults running a muck & can never get your order correct.

Staff were very customer focused and were miles ahead on service especially when compared to the Revesby NSW store!

Worst of the worst in delevieres order can do any orders right and always missing orders highly not recommended for delivery

Ordered chicken burger meal but they gave me a cold beef burger meal instead.only found out when I got home.even the damn box says beef.

Staff needs further training on differentiating McDonalds chicken offerings from the beef offerings

The staff there are 15 or 16yrs old and are running the place.and don't know what they are doing.the driver thr was backed up because they had run out of products and are very slow and didn't tell the customers what was happening.

Food was not fresh at all. Even the fries were stale. Worst McDonald's i have been too. Never again.

Waited about ten minutes for my food at 10: 30pm, but once arrived it tasted as good as a maccas could taste (pretty decent). I would call this one medium-speed food.

Ordered fillet of fish double cheese burger with chips both burgers must have been hours old dry and buns soggy chips were hard and seem over cooked and hard

Extremely slow in the morning going through the drive through to get a latte. They must have forgotten I was there sitting in my car. Prior to this, I went in to use the toilet and there was no one in the restaurant itself. They must be having a sleep. I wouldn't recommend this Macdonalds to people wanting a coffee at 7.20am. Bad customer service.

To make it worse, the coffee was milk and hot water with minimal coffee and no sugar. Terrible service and franchise.

Nothing different than other McDonald.
I liked the location as it is standing alone in a corner.
Didn't see much people.
Nice and quiet.
I don't know if its me getting lucky or they serve customer better.
They gave two sweet and sour sauce in 1 happy meal and made me happy.ha ha ha.

Everything is sloppily done and nothing is fresh. Also my partner ordered there recently after work and now we are down an extra 10 bucks for an order we didnt recieve. 10 bucks may not be much to some people but 10 bucks is 10 bucks.

Horrible experience today: Chicken wrap had no lettuce, the chilli sauce was really off, the fries were cold. Total fail.

Why does the phone miraculously go engaged after 10PM and uber eats switches off with it? Your late night staff are clearly the lazy ones who do this a couple times a week now and its not fair to hungry locals
I had to call Revesby and even they said it shouldn't be offline
I'll be that person that contacts management - THAT'S HOW HUNGRY WE ARE ARGHH

We ordered table service but instead ended up having to collect from the counter. That may account for why the 2 servings of fries were both hard and cold. Oh, and they forgot the 3rd serving of fries (which, thankfully, was fresh and hot) and the 3rd serving of McNuggets. Also not sure why they've kept the variously flavoured Frozen Fantas on the menu when those haven't been available for some 6 months.
