Fast and efficient drive through. Competent staff but this time the double quarter pounder was disgustingly salted and it should not happen. Not happy at all.

Wow. Wonderful service.
Ordered two burgers, waited for a long time and finally got only one. Happend before. Cherrs to their service.

Take out buyers beware! Make sure you check your orders before leaving.i ordered 2 pancake meals for take away and they gave me 1 cutlery set and 1 maple! And no hasbrowns! I should have checked before leaving.there are always missing items 99% of time! So frustrating!

I live locally and visit this place every now and then.specially when doing take outs.

There has been a few occasions after having left the premises we would find something missing. It may well be the cutlery or maple syrup for the pancakes or most frequently the hash brown that goes with the pancake meal. Most of the times that we have called in was before we head out for a drive, so mostly take away.

So again this morning my 3 x pancake meals did not have the hash browns. And they were not that busy as my food came out just a few minutes after ordering.

I must admit that I should've been disappointed but I feel that it's par for the course. I should've just checked the items before leaving. I was thinking of going back but since I was only walking this time I did not want to spend the extra energy to something that I could've prevented from happening. So its my fault for not making sure that they are doing their job properly.

Just a reminder to all customers who do take outs.check your order each time.

Sometimes it's hard for the staff to hear the order as it's close to Canterbury road but otherwise fast and efficient.

Was there around 9.30am ordered from the lunch menu expecting it to be fresh but was not chips and meat had been sitting there longer then they should have so was not hot at all staff were pleasant

They cancelled the frappe on my order! I said i'm sorry and how do we make sure the frappe doesnt get cancelled next time.the girl said 8.95.
Maybe she was having a bad day.

I ordered Maccas on UberEats and the order took so long before they give it to the Delivery Guy. The food is already cold and dry when it arrived. They need to fix their staff especially during late night

I have never been able to go and get 'fast food' here. The drive-thru queue can easily take over 20 minutes and wraps around stopping people from parking to go in.

Decent service on site, absolutely horrid via uber eats (every 2nd order is constantly and consistently wrong/missing items). Good for done in, not recommended for delivery.

Incredibly annoyed that upon arriving for dine-in, doors were locked with no sinage explaining they only do drive through after 11pm.

Great place to get a feed. I always go here with the bois after school and they have exceptional service. Would recommend cause of the feeds

Hate when you order a cheeseburger and the only cheese you get is on the inside of the box and not on the burger. Oh and apparently when you ask for sprite it means you want soda water. Really annoying when you get home and realise both of these things and to go back is a trek, shouldn't have to taste test my food in the carpark. Disappointing

Somewhat average customer service due to young staff management. Modern interior. Ok food. I wouldn't go here often but if you need a bite to eat then this can be an option.

Worst McDonalds drive thru in whole Australia. Cooking at home would take half the time! Writing this review while waiting in the drive thru queue for a breakfast muffin only!

How hard is it to get drive through orders right? Apparently here, it's impossible. Give this Maccas a miss.

Nice and quiet after 9pm, where we can sit quietly to enjoy a cuppa. It maybe better if the lights slightly dimmer at night.

Giving this place a one star is being very generous. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I will never step foot at this disastrous place again nor will I ever recommend for anyone to do same

They always seem to forget to either add an extra meat paddy when I ask for one or forget to steam bun my burgers and they are quite stingy on sauce even though they forget things half the time and in pay for it.its quite frustrating

Just wanted a cheese toastie.
No one could remember the order number and gave it to someone else.
I had to get it not toasted cause I waited so long and had to get back to work.
It wasn't busy.
And I didn't even get an apology.
Train your staff.
Send them to Broadway Macca's then you'll know what busy is.
