McDonald's Hurlstone Park

Food McAlishous. Loved the WiFi, and watched T. V.it was a bit noisy so even sitting close to the T. V. I really could not hear it. Otherwise fine.

One of the worst McDonalds experiences I have had. Machines out of paper, order delivered incorrectly and slow, avoid this McDonalds.

Staff is super nice and hard working kids there. Yet this place serves most harmful junk food on the planet.

Currently this store is under renovations. Macca use to sell cheap food but not anymore. It costs arm and leg to buy these days. Macca is just as expensive as neighbourhood takeaway shop.

I rather spend money on neighbourhood take away shop run by mom n dad operators than support big Yankee chain. Sorry but that is my personal preference.

I bought a bacon and egg for brekkie and it was completely overcooked and burnt. This is not the first time. The staff is lack of training.

I have given 5stars for the Nuggets. Those are really fresh, hot crispy n crunchy. And other things are good as it is in all other McDonalds

ATE IN, TABLES WERE FILTHY HAD TO ASK FOR SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN ONE-OFF SO I COULD USE IT. One would think they would be on top of the cleaning in the middle OF a pandemic but NOPE. Makes you think if they aren't keeping ontop of wiping down and disinfecting tables (which they did not do, just wiped off the food with a dirty damp cloth. I had to wipe it down with a alcohol wipe that I carry around with me) Then what else aren't they doing that they should be? Things that make you go hmmm! The floors were also dirty, and people were sitting to close together, normally it's been every other table in places like maccas, so social distancing was also not being observed or enforced. I know we are pretty damn lucky here all things considering but it's slackness like this that can quickly turn our luck around.

I go here on the way to work for my "coffee boost. " It is great and the service is pretty good (with long drive thru lines they cope great). I go at about 7am and it is just down the road and the drive thru access is really easy.

5 stars for the hussling teenagers trying to make a buck after school. And McDonald's is always good. Greasy, cheap and fast

What can I say, McDonals, you either love it or you hateit. Staff are friendly, food is average and quality is average. My advice is don't get it delivered as it hasn't been delivered on 2 seperate occasions. Worth A look if your hungry while driving but if you have time look elsewhere

The staff at this MacDonald doesn’t know how to read the orders, twice in a row my other was completely wrong. Chicken popcorn given instead of 10 nuggets, kids water given instead of apple juice. Wrong coffees. The order was made on the order screen how hard is it to read your own system screens. Never returning.

If i could give a negative star review i gladly would, eveytime I've ordered delivery from this restaurant the order's incorrect. They have either given me a totally different persons order or my order is missing at least 2 items.
But hey, don't worry. I got you.if you order from delivery apps (im specifically using doordash) you can keep getting refunds over them getting your order wrong. All you have to do is report your order to customer service and u can potentially keep leeching off free maccas meals. So yeah i encourage you all to do this before this gets too much attention. Enjoy your free maccas!

Two lovely girls called Arkee and Eden wrote me a lovely note and stuck it on my bag! Very kind customers, happy with this place and atmosphere However rude lady manager yelling from back at little kids. Get her fired, yelling is not okay under any circumstances!

Mcdonalds is yummy yummy for my tummy.unfortunately its also pretty fatty and my mum hardly lets me get it.nut i want my maccaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas.pls somebody get maccas for me.

Worst Maccas in Sydney. Always errors in my orders, missing burgers, misconstructed burgers.you name it. Only releasing I come here is because it’s the only maccas within 5km

It was greatservice by the asian guy this afternoon with good service and effort. We love the extra large fries. We did wait a bit but it's all good. Great to have a macdonalds along the neighborhood.

Asked for 3x froth in my cappuccino got a latte filled to the rim and the milk was burnt.
What a waist of $5.30 and my voice.
I should of just asked them to milk a cow into my coffee.
Bloody hopeless.

Coffee was nice and hot. Turn-around from entering to exiting the restaurant was less than 5 minutes (incl.waiting to be served and waiting for the coffee) which is awesome!

All service protocols by front staff were met and amazing.

Great to see nothing's changed with this restaurant over the decades.

I ordered a aloi grilled chicken wrap from you on menulog and the grilled chicken was not cooked properly it made me feel so sick please make sure your chicken is cooked proper before giving to your customers

This store needs to retrain its management and staff
Listen to what the order is
Make sure the customer gets what they want
Very frustrating
Money out of my pocket for something I did not order.

Expect more negative reviews until you get it right
