Utterly disgraced at the service of this Volkswagen dealership/ service centre. They forgot to fill up the oil in my car during its service, didn’t wash my car and proceeded to try and charge me a whopping $850. What a joke. Please steer clear of this service centre.

Very disappointed with the service. There seems to be a real lack of coordination between the service department and front office with reliance on electronically generated communication to the customer with very poor follow- up and explanation of what needed to be done to our vehicle. Overall negative experience and personally would not buy a VW from this dealer as a result

I had a serious service issue which was solved immediately.
I was able to continue my trip home to the Central Coast because of the excellent and timely service I received. Thank you.

Took up the Summer Road Trip Check offer at McCarroll's Volkswagen in Waitara last week, and was very happy with the very professional VW service and the complimentary car-wash and clean service. I will be back for the regular annual maintenance services with joy, just like the past few years.and always a happy customer. This is our first VW. From the moment we walked in through to after we took delivery, the staff have all been consistently friendly, attentive, customer focussed, good comminucators and proud of what VW offers. Despite covid, nothing was a problem - they were flexible and fun to deal with. The car is excellent, chocked with great features and great value for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to use McCarroll's again, it has been a very positive experience.

We recently bought a second hand VW Tiguan from here! Annie the sales representative was fantastic! She was very professional, well organised, excellent communicator and felt invested in our investment of a new car. Annie even called us the next day to check that we were enjoying our new car! The experience was outstanding and our young kids felt very special when the car was presented to us with a blue ribbon on it! Thank you for not only engaging in an excellent sales process Annie but genuinely caring about us during this purchase process. I've spent a couple of hours reading reviews on VW dealers in Sydney it's these guys or Sutherland, these guys run second in service department. My local VW dealer (Gosford) hasn't even allowed reviews because they'd all scathing of every aspect of it. I'll be buying another VW in a couple of months, it's a matter of just not accepting bull and walking away when it happens.

I got a great deal on the car and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional (especially Annie!)

Incredible customer service! I had an issue arise with my VW Golf and as a result had to pay a large sum of money for it to be fixed. Unfortunately the issue still occurred after the service. Reluctantly I had to bring the car back to be investigated further, however Shannon went absolutely above and beyond to assist and made the whole process so much easier. She very happily organised both a hire car and loan car for me whilst my car was being serviced and liased with everyone involved to ensure the process was as streamlined as possible. She was always happy to help. I was absolutely gobsmacked at the incredible service Shannon and her manager Chris provided me, going above and beyond. She was very understanding and genuinely a pleasure to communicate with, always happy to help. Couldn't sing the team at McCarroll's VW praises enough! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know:)

The service we received from Annie was outstanding even if we were 500km away having to buy remotely due to COVID restrictions.

The car was professionally delivered without any hiccups whatsoever.
