Worst surgery in the area. Only come here if you are desperate and you are willing to wait 2 hours or more

Had a vaccine appointment for 5pm.
Waited here for 1.30 hours till I was seen.
On being asked ‘the nurse called in sick’ which is fine, but are you not supposed to call us and inform that you are running more than an hour late on appointments?
Everyones time is precious.
Not very happy with my experience today.

As a 31 year old male I have finally found a doctor who I will continue to see for all my medical problems in the foreseeable future.
Dr. Richards is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Apart from being a great doctor, she is an all round great person.

My experience of this practice has been genenerally great - good value (bulk billing), helpful and friendly receptionist (especially Debby) and caring and competent doctors. I have had to wait sometimes but generally no longer than half an hour for a booked appointment.

I've been going for a few years now and always find I am treated with the upmost care which is rare to find these days. Amazing doctors and staff.

Always very long waiting hours.tried to see pathology once, tried to see GP another time. For pathology waited 45mins.for GP waited 1hr15mins.doesn’t matter if you have appointment or not.if you have appointment, you wait minimum half an hour if you dont, they might keep you dragging may be hours.people do enter and see doctors straight away without waiting while you wait there for your already delayed appointment.seems there is a priority patient system and I didnt have a clue how to be part of it.terrible management, terrible service, no respect for patients. A very well complementing picture of screwed up health care system. I am sure you can easily find another place without getting so angry and wasting your morning or afternoon. Dont bother yourself at all! It won’t worth it

Definitely No experience with Kids. They didnt even know how to calm the kids during the treatment. The dentist was panic when my son started crying because of pain.then she couldn’t do her job gently and accidentally hurted his gum.my son left there with lots of pain.

I've been going here for several years now
Very good doctors, pathology and nurses
But tend to agree about some previous comments regarding reception staff, but you get used to it.

Waiting 1 hour to see doctor for 10 mins. All receptionist are nice except the short blondhair- tall lady is supper rude.

I had Dr Lawrence assess my feet as I was getting ingrown toenails and ankle pain when I was running. He did a thorough assessment, found I had flat feet and was pronating too much. He gave me advice on footwear that could correct my problem and I haven't had an issue since. He was professional and friendly.

Great Doctors, however the pathologist. I am not sure why you would be bulk billed Doctors for reciprocal health care, but then the pathologist try charging $400.00 for some blood tests (went else where for the blood tests, bulk billed). Really lets down the practice, as the doctors are very professional. Doesn't help the guy running the pathologist is extremely rude.

Don’t walk In to them If they can’t give u an appointment then with the Walk in they will get u to the Doctor Named Stanley. Trust me he will be the worst Doctor u will c in ur life. I today wasted 4hours of my time to see the Doctor who not even worth a minute and now I m at another Practice after wasting my time. Such an Horrible experience

If you don’t like to be stuffed around and kept waiting by medical centres DO NOT go here. Blasé information given by the receptionist. Here’s the tip doctors are not available between 1-2pm so don’t bother waiting during these times. Go to the beauty salon and get your nails done and come back at 2pm. What a JOKE!

The receptionist is horribly rude! Terrible manners! I would not advice to go there! Bad experience!

Friendly helpful staff who let you know whats going on. You can make an appointment or walk in, but need to wait your turn if you choose that option. Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring

Our local gp. Staff are friendly. Doctors are caring, friendly and helpful. Nursing staff have always been supportive and helpful especially during my childs immunisations.

The ladies in reception are very rude over the phone, we need another good medical centre for competition

I now understand why it is so easy to get a Saturday appointment.they rip you off and cover their adminitrive mistakes with lies.you pay financially and with your time wasted.
