67Called and wanted to check in as a walk in as I had 4 mosquito bites that I feel it’s getting bad (infection) she said come tomorrow as a walk in the doctor can see you! I told her I feel like I am getting a fever, the receptionist said go to hospital if it’s an emergency! How human!
DUE TO MEDICAL CONDITION VISIT WAS CHNGED TO PHONE CONSULT WHICH WAS HANDLED PROFFESSIONALLY.

Booked on the day for my daughter was able to see a doctors within a few hours and no waiting around to be seen. Efficient, easy booking and prompt service. Exactly what you need when you have a sick child.
Reception staff were warm and friendly. The wait time was minimal and Dr Lami was so lovely, service was quick and he booked me in for a follow up appointment in a few weeks time.
I had an EPC so was Bulk Billed which was a huge relief.
Multiple appointments here and they don’t warn you how much they are going to charge. The consultation was 20min and the doctor charged me $220. I had an appointment at 2: 30pm and waited 45 minutes outside breathing in car fumes. I do not recommend this doctors surgery
Recently returned to the medical centre. Consider the service by the operational staff and the medical practitioners to be excellent, especially the Practice Principal.

Mascot Medical Centre is close to home. I can always get an appointment to see a doctor and staff are always pleasant.
The Gp was thorough, caring. As a new patient I felt I was in good hands I made the appointment only four hours in advance

On May 23 I self diagnosed Pleurisy and went to the Mascot Medical & Dental Centre. I had the good fortune to meet Dr. Anthony Stanley.
After checking that I was being seen in the allocated time, I told him I thought I had pleurisy on the Left Lung. He confirmed with a stethoscope that it was. He then checked the appropriate dose for Doxsig and Prednisone on line.
I was sent out for a chest Xray and a CT Scan.
This wasn the most extensive Medical examination I have ever had.
There was a follow up phone call at ensure that the Antibiotics were working and I was able to inform him that they where and I was now pain free. It was a delight to be a patient in Dr. Stanleys
care.

Exceptionally poor service on both occasions.
The first time, I came in for a shoulder scan. Dr. Kaushik was very time poor, stressed and had 8 people waiting a variety of times in the waiting room. He rushed through my scan and was not even able to advise any kind of information, insight or diagnosis. He mentioned that diagnosis would be forthcoming only after he had reviewed the report (despite him scanning my shoulder there an then?).
When I returned for treatment, he was running late. My appointment was made for 2pm and right now it is 2.45pm with no Dr in sight! The overall feeling and service from this place is really bad and do not expect any kind of insight into your injury as this place is transactional and non-caring. If you are experiencing any kind of injury, then it would be highly recommended that you AVOID this place!

Easy to book, pleasant and efficient staff. The Doctor was caring and thorough.
It is becoming worst now days. For every appointment have to wait for 30 minutes atleast. If it used to take why dont they plan well and give the appointment on time on when the GP can see.
Staff were on the ball about face masks, im surprised they ask to put them on which they don't help from passed experience otherwise good staff with smile and the nurse what's looking after issue, thankyou mascot medical centre.
I will never go back there again thay are rude to people and the doctors don't know what thay are doing. Doctor Stanley made my life hell
Dr Lami the Podiatrist is a delight. Calm and competent, was a pleasure to deal with as was reception & Doctor in the centre. Even helped find me a charger for my dying phone! Above and beyond. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient at this practice for about 7 or 8 years now. The reception staff are amazing, some people are so rude to them and they always handle it with dignity.
Not one doctor fits all. The doctor and back up doctor I had for the past few years unfortunately both moved on at the same time. Through trial and error I am very very happy with my new doctor.
I will not post a negative review about any other doctors as trying to keep it professional but if it doesn’t feel right try another.
I have not gone to the dentist upstairs as I have my own in the city.
All in all this is a great family practice.
I love Mascot Medical the staff are fantastic. My GP is extremely thorough and caring it is best Medical practice in the area
I have regularly been going to this practice for over 10 years due to chronic health issues, and I have always received great, caring health care support.
While there have been prior issues with regards to time management/ lengthy wait times past scheduled appointments, I have noticed sinificant improvements on this front in the last 6 - 12 months.
The vast majority take place on time/within a reasonable time thereafter. Even though I have moved outside of Mascot, I continue to use them as my primary health care provider.
I’ve been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks, never have I spoken to a receptionist and have left voice mails every time. The doctors are great but front desk is slow and horrible, 3 receptionist can’t be on calls for 30mins-1 hour
