Mascot Carpet Court

Terrible hard floor installation. Flooring has gaps, it is buckling and wasn't cut or installed properly. I paid a premium price for flooring that appears to be second's quality. They said they were going to get the installer back out and never followed through.

Cannot fault Alex Bowen Carpet Court. The team were professional from start to finish and provided an outstanding result for a great price.

I found Bowens Carpet Mascot to be an honest family business providing valued knowledge and experience in the carpet industry. Lee Bowen provided me with excellent service from assisting me with the perfect carpet selection to hassle free quotation and advice and professional installation all at a very competitive price.

I decided to recarpet 2 rooms of my new apartment right before I moved in. I was able to choose the carpet on thursday morning before work (I chose a colour and style and Lee suggested a carpet for me) and they were able to install it on Friday morning. The installation was great too, arrived by 7: 15 (within the 7am - 7: 30am window I expected them to come) and were completely done by 8: 45am! The carpet looks great and is beautiful and soft. Was recommend this Carpet Court but my experience was disappointing.
After paying the invoice in full end of October for a February installation my order was cancelled yesterday by them.
This company wouldn’t provide a professional drawing of why they wanted more money months later.
When I tried to speak to the owner in person he told me he wasn’t making enough money off the job.
I gave a 1 star as my refund was at least immediate.

We recently used Bowens to lay new vinyl flooring throughout our house. We could not be happier with our experience. In the office Donya was extremely helpful and patient as we came back and forth over a few weeks. Onxe order everything went like clockwork. Then Dale was just superb with the job of laying the floor. Just so professional. We have no hesitatuon in recommending the team at Bowens.
