Overall I was initially very impressed. However became very disappointed after going in store on a Saturday and being told I would receive a quote the following Tuesday as it was a long weekend.

After 4 phone calls and being told it would be actioned the next, or they would also have someone from the Bondi store assist, I received the quote at 17: 20 and on the Friday with the store closing at 16: 00.

Because I was paying by credit card I had to call in on the Monday to make the payment.

I lost a week of the curtains and blinds going in to production.

As someone who works and manages in Customer Service one of the things you do not do is over promise and then under deliver.

We had a fabulous experience with Carpet Court at Mascot. David was so attentive and interested in our needs and advised us well. Professional service at all times. Price was great too. Carpet was laid by professionals and everything was spotless when they left. They also laid the carpet inside our new built in wardrobes properly, not just putting down mats! Couldn’t be happier with anything. Highly recommended.

This business makes customer service their number one priority. The products we purchased more than lived up to expectation and the trades they used to install gave great service and their price was competitive. Considering we live in the Hunter Valley makes this all the more meritorious. We’ll done Mascot Carpet Court.

I went into Carpet Court a couple of months ago, I had no idea about what carpet I wanted for my investment property. I spoke to Tara who was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Tara helped me to find just the right carpet, durable, not too light coloured so it didn't get dirty and within my price range! So pleased that with Tara's excellent knowledge and experience, I ended up with the carpet that was just right. I wanted to get the carpet laid as soon as possible, I visited Carpet Court for the first time on Saturday afternoon and by Wednesday the carpet was laid which I was very impressed with!

My only reservation is that I asked for photos once the work was completed as I don't live close to the property. I requested the photos when I was in the Carpet Court store, and again when I spoke on the phone with the person who was laying the carpet on the day. I was later informed that no photos were taken and therefore could not be provided which was disappointing.

But overall, a very good experience, especially with Tara's excellent customer service!

Expensive and poor service!
I was asked to come in and pick my preferences and was assisted by Tara a few weeks ago. She offered a verbal quote and would put the formal quote together and send it out to me as i was generally looking to go ahead. Lucky I didn’t (couldnt anyway i never heard back) as the ppl we went with were $50/mtr cheaper (same flooring) and its actually done.

The team at Carpet Court - Tara was particularly the one we dealt with were so professional, kind, considerate and went above and beyond their skills. Our first meeting with Tara bringing my elderly parents, was very helpful, Tara didn’t rush them, gave them genuine attention and waited for their responses. Her experience with carpets and her understanding of her clientele was excellent. The follow up service checking that everything was done correctly was such a refreshment in this day of fast and unthinking. We would definitely recommend The Carpet Court at Mascot and especially refer people to Tara and her expert team.

The guys at Carpet Court Mascot went above and beyond to personally deliver my hybrid flooring to me in time for my renovations. The flooring has completely changed the space and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier.

Wasted 2 weeks stuffing around with these guys before going elsewhere. Organised twice to pickup samples for an $6,000 job, both times they canceled as they couldn't find the samples.

They told me to order the samples directly from the manufacturer, who of course redirected me back to these guys.

Zero help and a very 'not my problem' attitude.

Dealing with Lee and the team was such a great experience. Amazing service and quality product - customers really do come first here. Couldn’t be happier with my carpet. Keep up the good work guys!

My experience with Alex Bowen Carpet Court was excellent. From the initial selection of laminate flooring with Michele, Riona and Lee through to the installation with Ollie, I was kept up to date and informed with each step of the process.
Would definitely recommend these guys if you have flooring needs.
