Shant Komchian was our leasing property manager for over two years. He ensured that we got great tenants who looked after our beloved former home very well. He was extremely efficient, punctual and polite. He promised us that he would always be our first point of contact and he always was. He did a terrific job liaising with the tenants. Having had some experience with other property managers, Shant far exceeded our expectations. In an age where "5 stars" just means "nothing went wrong", we would give him a 10 star rating if we could.

I was the tenant in an apartment managed by Angelo Huynh. He always provided a very professional and prompt service when responding to any issues we had. When we eventually had to leave the apartment he was very helpful getting us through the process of moving out and handing over the apartment.

A fantastic buying experience
Stephen was extremely helpful in our purchase. We were tenants of the property we bought and he did a fantastic job not only of the negotiating but was also open and transparent about the vendors expectations and how best to negotiate. He kept us up to date the whole time but we never felt any pressure to make decisions - which was super helpful when so much money is involved! He respected our privacy as it was an off market purchase and genuinely celebrated with us once the cooling off period was complete!
