Professional management from Matthew Hanlon. Matt Hanlon has been managing a mixed use property (retail and residential) for me for over 4 years now and has always done an exceptional job.
I am particularly impressed with the manner in which he deals with the tenants who seem to trust and respect his management. He is also a particularly adept communicator, keeping me abreast of issues when and even prior to them occurring.

He is dependable, professional and has pulled together a great team - I was really impressed by the quality of everything from photography to marketing and the auctioneer (Peter - who is amazing).
