Marigold Building Management look after one of my investments in Rhodes and have been fantastic from day dot. They helped me fix some defects in my apartment which previously had taken so long to even get it looked at. They kept me regularly updated and are always so responsive. Cannot recommend them enough!

It's difficult to find quality, communicative cleaners for smaller office spaces but Marigold are always professional, approachable and responsive. They were always prompt and pleasant with actioning anything that required extra attention or adhoc requests. They also did a great final clean for us when our lease was finishing up. I have had an exceptional customer service experience Marigold Services and in particular with Building Manger Tony (currently based at River Road West complex in Parramatta). Any issues with the building were always dealt with swiftly and professionally. No request was too much trouble and Tony always went out of his way to answer and resolve any questions or queries we had. He was always super friendly and helpful and overall just fantastic at his job! Any building would be lucky to have him.
