Building manager Azeem is really friendly and responsible. Even he missed my call and he would call me back to help me out. I really appreciate it.

I have stayed around a year at KOI apartments, george street. Firstly, thanks to Felix - you are a great building manager and you really help your residents above and beyond.

My only feedback (and reason for 4 star) is:
1. For such a big building like this, there shud have been an option to dump any old furniture (not big ones). It’s very hard sometimes to book council pickup.
2. For tower-2 residents, parking lot is tricky. One should either stop at B1 or B2.but have to walk all the way to the middle floor (that’s only accessible directly from tower-1 lift).

The Great Building Manager Felix Rodriguez, Numerous building managers came to Koi apartment, but no one was like Felix. We were the first tenants in Koi apartment in George street parramatta in 2016. Since then, all building managers were rude and disgraceful. However, since Felix’s arrival to Koi Apartment everything was smooth. Felix made sure everything went smooth all the time. My family and I had great chats with Felix everyday about everything. He was great and during our moving out process, Felix made sure everything went smooth and without any issue. We loved it and it was stress free. If only we could give Felix “Best Building Manager” of the year award, we definitely would!

Very Bad service in the building which these guys are managing. They’ve been reluctant to handle parcel theft menace in the building and they never listen to the concerns of the residents. They just shift the blame back on the residents when their job is to work resolve the problems of the residents. This has potential to lead to large vacancies in the building and owners might have tough time selling properties with issues plagued in the building.

Tony from Marigold Services is a dedicated building manager. We have worked closely with him and definitely recommend his services if you are after someone who is both caring and organised. We look forward to working with you again.

Cannot recommend Marigold Services Group highly enough and in particular Jordan Cavaliere our building manager. Previously I'd only lived in torrens title properties prior to purchasing my current apartment with this being my first experience living part of a strata title building. Jordan has not only made me feel welcome from the very start but has efficiently assisted me with every query no matter how basic the request, always responding immediately and with a positive solution or outcome. Jordan is also clearly a strong people manager reflected by the happy team he leads supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of our building. Tony has been excellent over the past couple of years at Toft Monks. I appreciate he's quickness and professionalism as a building manager.

Earvin from KOI unit Parrmatta is a champion. He is prompt, efficient and always helpful. I just can’t recommend him enough. He is very strict and ensures building is taken care of.
The precious building manager Andy was very good too but I would like to highlight that Tim is the worst of all. Tim never used to be present in the building till 11 am never used to answer calls and was always careless. I highly encoruage marigold services to hire people like Earvin and Andy but not a carelsss building manager like Tim.

I would like to really show my appreciation to our building manager at 8 River Road, West Parramatta. Since taking on the Job, Tony is not only capable but continues to show initiative outside his daily scope of work. From managing new Covid conditions to ensuring a clear line of communication between tenants and owners, he has certainly made a statement in regards to effective management while being present at all times. Recently there has been an issue with delivery packages going missing in the building. I was made aware that he tracked down the culprit and personally delivered the packages to the intended receivers in the building. I know this because he personally delivered mine Yesterday, post phone call to make sure I was at home. Above and beyond is an understatement. You are certainly an asset to the company you represent. Thank you Tony.

I live in Rivera apartments since 4 years. It's situated in a beautiful location with all the amenities close by. One of the key things in living apartments is also about the management of the building which has to be professional and intact which is definitely well managed by Tony the building manager. He does responds to any problems notified and resolves it asap with interest. Thanks Tony for your good service and appreciate in what you do. Cheers.

Our experience with Marigold as building management has been great. Tony is attentive, meticulous and friendly, and has been on top of everything covid has thrown in the way of keeping the building running smoothly.

I gladly write this as a review of a man I have had the privilege of meeting and become accustomed to.
I am an older person with special needs and unfortunately for Tony, I send him many messages / calls for assistance in and around the building. Irrespective of the time, he seems to be up; almost immediately replying to me.
As beleaguering as I can be, Tony has always treated me with great respect and dignity - even when it is not his responsibility.
There is the time I locked myself out of my apartment and he organised to have a key sent to me by my agent; helping with groceries; parting with and assisting with issues in my unit for free which could have cost me money calling a plumber and most recently forwarding me mail after moving out - and not even wanting to be reimbursed for it.
Tony is a true gentleman, working to ensure residents are happy and the building is maintained in the highest regard.
I am upset to have moved and the next resident will be blessed to have him manage Riviera.

We have been staying in Riviera Parramatta at River Road West for about 5 years and quite sometime we had to call our building manager after hours and the best thing was Tony (our building manager) has always picked up and provided us with all the requested info or services. Honestly after Tony took over as our building manager, I felt like things moved really quickly, if anything needsed to be fixed, it was done at a much faster pace. While moving out we couldn't notify him within the requested timeframe but Tony was very helpful with making all the arrangement for us which helped us big time since we stayed in 10th floor. Tony is extremely professional, quick to take action and very helpful. Couldn't thank him enough.
