I was looking at buying a house that they had listed. I was given a date to make an offer but the agent sold the property before giving me any opportunity. Very unprofessional and unethical. The agent would not take my calls and texted me to tell me the property was sold. Would not recommend Marando as a agent to buy from or sell. Choose a different agent to deal with.

Roy has got to be a one of a kind, he not only sold mum and dads family home of 65yrs, but made the whole experience as smooth, professional and showed he has a huge heart. Marando Real Estate has been conning and ripping people off for decades! They would be the worst real estate agent that you could possibly engage. They have no respect for the seller of the house instead seem to be working for the buyer. Considering they were one of the first agents in the area they should have the market sewn up but instead they have to compete with other agents because of their prolonged disrespect for anyone that wants to use them. Don't use them unless you want a really bad experience.
