I went to Marando Real Estate because I knew his father Roy my Mother Aileen Black of AYBlack Real Estate employed Joe until he got his licence she had a real estate business in Fairfield in Smart Street. No 36 not far from where Marando Real Estate is now mum left her property to us and I knew who I wanted to sell it I walked into there office explained who I was and what I wanted and was made feel so comfortable and they have just been so fantastic helping along the way we sold the house as is and it was very quick Roy has been excellent in every way staff all make you feel welcomed and at ease I know this man treats everyone this way it’s the person he is. Fast and excellent service
I spoke with Roy first at an inspection and from the first meeting it was nothing but professionalism, Roy showed excellent market knowledge and was even able to advise on the leasing costs should we decide to rent part or all of the property in the future.

Worst service ever. Shared my information And they started to email and sms everyone for my home application. They rejected my application but still send sms to the contacts that i provided.

Renting home from them through their application process is giving data to scammers.

Renting home shouldn’t need them call everyone.
We pay rent thats why you guys get salary. Or we buy house thats why u get commission.

And its not one month behind. We pay when we see the email from him of the total amount to be paid monthly.
When we see the total balance of the reminder email we paid the rent. We even gave your company the opportunity to take two months advance bond and direct debit from our savings account where we had enough money to pay your rent for 2 years.
Already got better home then you guys had to offer. The house that you are trying to rent has so many flaws that its still up for rent in the market.
And train your staff so that they can speak to the customers in a better manner.

272 river ave, was Gunna inspect, smell #10, major sewer leak and they expect people to live in this block that should be condemned. In response to the reply, a water issue is not the problem, I've done plumbing and ran into the same issue before, toilet pipes are clogged, backing up the sewerage, a water issue does not smell like human feaces, the fact that you replied with a lie shows your nature, any plumber would agree.
