Never go to waste your time to these! Jess from Manor is absolutely so arrogant. Called us for inspection and then ignored calls and messages during private inspection! Never experienced such unprofessional people!

Matt Mazzei did a great job highlighting all the features of the home in the one-on-one inspections (Covid restrictions). The time was limited, but it never felt rushed, even when I was late to the second inspection. I had a few separate questions about the property both before buying and after, and he was quick and efficient at chasing up the answers. He was contactable in a few different ways (phone, text, email) and was quick to respond to all of them. He was friendly and approachable.

Excellent Real Estate Agency!
I bought one property in Kellyville recently and I was helped by Myles. He is an extremely efficient agent. Myles negotiated the price for us with the vendor in the morning and got an agreement within a few hours and the contract exchanges were done in the early afternoon on the same day. I was doing my house hunting and came across a property in the Ponds which was being sold by this guy Antonio Jimenez. He and the other manor agent were extremely rude and arrogant when asked about the pricing of the property and the condition of it. Granted it's a 5 bedroom house with a 600+m2 land, but we do have a budget of 1.8m however instead of telling us how much it was, he said to me: "you better prepare with your life's saving for this one! It's gonna be over your budget! " Just plain rude!

So we just walked away and went for another property. And guess what, that property sold for 1.6M. Well no regrets, it was right next to the main road and quite noisy.

I understand how easy it is to sell properties these days and yes that can give the agents the false feeling of overachieving - but with this attitude you can't go far.

We are still looking at the moment, however whenever we say this guy's face next to the listing on realestate.com.au we just close the tab and skip to the next one.

We purchased this property through James and as such, there were a lot of communications between us throughout the process.
