Paul and his team from Manor exceeded our expectations. In any normal circumstance, selling our first home would have been extremely stressful, but from the get go Paul made us feel at ease. Visited open homes from Manor in Baulkham Hills areas in past few months. Most of the time Agent who actually selling property wasn't present to answer any question. Junior sales guys doesn't know simple questions like if house has gas or not or don't want to spend time with prospective buyers. On top of that they gave my details to buyer agents. Some conflict of interest here.

An Excellent and honest Sales agent
Working with Antonio was a fantastic experience. Antonio was transparent, honest and provided us very clear feedback. He was very approachable and always prompt with keeping us informed on the progress. The overall selling process was very smooth and Antonio ensured we get the best results possible.

I received an off market property sms from Zac and Kevin and we called twice to confirm as Im not looking for an auction campaign. Received a call from him confirming that its off market and vendor wants to sell over the weekend if they receive a good offer. We cancelled our appointments and my partner cancelled her clinic especially to view the property, discussed with the banker and the solicitor and prepared the offer before going to the inspection. Kept telling us at the time of inspection that the vendor is keen to sell immediately. I asked for the contract and had it reviewed straight away. I prepared my solicitor and broker for a decision. Received a call after 2 hours saying that the vendor wants auction. Really? Hard to believe if it wasnt pre planned.

I'm worried that this is misleading for the buyers and is setting wrong expectations for everyone. They shouldn't waste our time and be clear up front. I know the market is hot but as a buyer, this behaviour
is concerning. We wouldn't have wasted 2 hours in the traffic if they were honest with us upfront like other agents. Dissapointed!

I first met Paul nearly 12 or so years ago when he was with another agent, ever since then he has been in regular touch updating on me about my property. Finally this year we decided to sell & who was top of mind? , Paul.
Paul came over and gave me honest advice on how we were going to sell, the expectations and also what needed to be done to the property to ensure we gave it our best shot. Good from beginning to end
We didn’t have the easiest of purchases due to some complications on our end but Zac worked really hard even post sale to get an outcome that was good for us and the owners and helped work through problems as they popped up. Would recommend him to anyone!

Local knowledge wins the day.
From our first meeting with Rinat we could tell he was different to other real estate agents we had met. He really took the time to get to know us as home owners and what we wanted out of someone that was selling our home. He discussed his entire marketing strategy with us and we really felt part of the entire process. Having someone you can trust selling your property make the whole process that much easier during what can be such a stressful time. And in the end Rinat manage to get us a price that other agents had told us was not possible, but Rinat had had confidence from the beginning that he could get us the price we thought our property was worth.

John is the most knowledgeable and personable real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I started talking to John some 12 months or so ago when He knocked on our door canvasing the neighbourhood. At the time I was undertaking a laundry list of projects in preparation for placing the house on the market.
