33 GROSS!
I totally got an infection from this place!
The manager there is a real piece of work! She is so aggressive and confrontational.the steam room is nice.but one of their workers (who looked about 10 years old!) came and put some chemicals in the steam room.they said it was ok.but i couldnt breath or see anything.i tried to tell the manager.she said i should feel free not to use it.unbelievable.maybe she is more suited working as a prison guard in Manus island?
Great facility but boy does it need air con or better ventilation for the parents supervising their kids. It feels like a sauna in there!
Great place - has pools for different age groups, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and manager.
This place is amazing! Other pools should take note, I've been to numerous aquatic centres in Sydney and other regional centres, Bathurst wins hands down. Staff are friendly (shout out to Angus), the facilities are above and beyond for the population they service, it never feels over crowded. I enjoy the Spa/Sauna/pools and when I look after my neices the kids pool area is a hit! The lifesavers are attentive, respectful and not over bearing.
The pool it’s self is very nice and as advertised but the staff seem to be too scared to do their job. I was at the pool and there were teenagers splashing and nearly hitting the people in the lane for aquatic exercise and a young disabled man. The disabled man had to leave pretty much as soon as he got there because of these kids. The staff were standing around and could see what was happening and didn’t do anything so these kids proceeded to throw a ball across the pools, not caring who got hurt in the process. It took an hour of this before a lifeguard finally removed the ball but not the kids being idiots.
Indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna and steam room. The indoor area is heated in winter, which is welcome.
The place is ok
But don't buy scallops they taste like they had been frozen, cooked and frozen again I took them back and the blonde guy behind the counter didn't even know what to do so I said just check your stock it could really make someone sick
Lovely pool. Plenty of choices of times for swimming lessons. Can be stuffy/hot if you are just watching someone else swim.
Went here and a bunch of young teens were body shaming women walking around and just making the place feel so uneasy for all family patron.
Excellent venue. The 50mtr outside pool is open for the summer season. Front desk staff are always friendly and always take the time to answer customers questions.
Their aqua aerobics classes are good and friendships are formed in the cafe after class.
Poolside lifeguards are vigilant. Dressing rooms are clean and the showers have hot water.
Well priced spa steam and sauna rooms.you can book lanes
It is disabled and wheelchair friendly classes aerobics swim school dance large TV in holidays awesome life savers a lane pool you can book large outdoor pool large grandstand and grass areas 3 indoor pools heated rehab pool lane pool and large fun pool for kids its very safe there's hot showers and family bat disabled bathroom with wash tables shower seats
Love this pool complex always friendly people great staff. Aqua fitness everyday classes. And gentle excercise pool kiddy pool and big pools.
Looks lovely. Lockers are free. As an average swimmer I found the 25 metre pool too cold. I thinks others do too as there are heaps of free lanes. If you are tougher than me you will enjoy the freedom of swimming in the lanes. I guess it is costly to heat but I think if people wanted to swim in the pool there would be more paying customers. The aqua classes are fun and people are friendly. The spa is great. The women's shower rooms have only one power point so of you want to dry your hair go looking for the power outlet with your own dryer.
