I have just signed off on a second hand vehicle purchase, and could not be happier. I was treated as a valued customer, being introduced to the both the used car and main areas of the building. I was also introduced to Norm Burton, who quickly told me that "The name's Norm, not Mr Burton, he is my father". The service and information I recieved from Brian Curley while purchasing the vehicle was excellent, nothing was a problem for him or the used car team.

If frauds your things, drop on by to Maitland and Port Stephens Toyota. A stolen drivers license and a few phony documents and you’re all set for a new purchase. Go try and retrieve your purchase information, then expect the old lady to be a nasty piece of. It’s all about the sales, right Old Mumma?

A pleasure to deal with Maitland Toyota. Adam a sales team member was polite and respectful and had genuine interest in a win win outcome. This was achieved by way of an encouraging offer on our much loved but now ageing Toyota Aurion therefore enabling us to purchase a newer vehicle.

Service department is a joke! Went to get breaks fixed on car, and still have the same problems when I dropped it off squeaky breaks.took it back and my rear breaks are just as bad. Apparently the rear drums needed more than a clean.they needed replacing.why did they not do this in the first place? Why did they not test before delivering the car back to me? Don’t have time to take the car back for a 3rd time when it shoud have been fixed in the first place! Not happy JAN!

Dont go to this car yard if you are elderly even if you have money. Rude disinterested people with no manners. Literally tore up a contract in front of my parents face and handed the pieces back. Who does that? More to this story? Certainly. Doesnt matter as you made my mum and dad feel like no hopers. How dare you. Never go back to this car yard again

Awesome service, was meet with a smile and all the information I needed. Didn't feel pressured like the other dealer's into buying a car straight away.

Have had my Toyota corolla back for a recall everyone was very helpfull and courteous from service to spare parts thanks to Norm and staff

Great country style dealership. Non slimy sales personel, but not the best prices, but prices are better than at some other dealerships.

The staff were all great. Friendly, helpful and as accommodating as you could hope for. Didn't feel any pressure to buy something I didn't want.

Test drove the haval H6 lux and loved it. Plenty of leg room with seat all the way back and I'm 6ft 180kg at posting. Definitely a good contender to the SUV market.
