Wonderful service by the used car sales team! Anika answered our initial inquiry and from there we were back and forth with many questions but nothing seemed to bother them. On day of delivery we met Curtis who showed us around the car, gave us a tutorial to make sure we knew how everything worked. We are so pleased to have purchased a car through Maitland Toyota, their service is next level.

Had a warranty claim through Maitland Toyota. Jake Bailey handled it all the way, provided me with a car in the meantime, top service. Adam (I think? Sorry I can't remember your name exactly), a salesman in the used section, recognised me from when I bought the car from him a bit over 4 years ago. I had already left my car with the smash repairers, but he remembered the car I had bought. Didn't get my name, but recognising a face and car after 4 years is mighty impressive.

Since I am deaf, I brought my brother to assist with communication if needed and my husband as moral support.
We came up from Sydney to see a RAV4.

Curtis was our car dealer on the day.
From the very moment he introduced himself to us - he signed ‘Hello’ in Auslan!
Turns out he knew a little bit of Auslan through a deaf friend!
He instantly put me and my husband at ease with his lovely manner, attitude and knowledge. He acknowledged that I was here to buy a car and he talked directly to me as an equal.
We were able to communicate through lipreading, some basic Auslan from Curtis and some interpreting assistance from my brother.
He was keen to know more Auslan signs and I was too glad to show him some examples.
The car inspection, test drive, negotiation process and he was absolutely professional, immersive and clear. I asked lots of questions in my checklist and he was very patient with me, never rushed or ignored me and his integrity and attitude was outstanding.
We took the car for a test drive and then the negotiation was simply seamless.
I came away with my dream car and a very high level of satisfaction and amazement at the best car dealership.

Excellent but one missing- car wash after services. Car Wash should be included but Toyota Services all over Australia do not offer car wash to be included. Nissan, Mazda, etc offer to be included during car services.

My company recently purchased a new Hiace from Maitland Toyota, from the moment I walked in the staff gave me the impression that our business was important to them, Hunter was my salesman and was an absolute pleasure to deal with nothing was an issue and has since been in contact to make sure there wasn't anything he could help with.
