I had a concrete driveway slab that had sunk in one corner by 50mm. Mainmark provided a cost effective solution and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I can highly recommend Mainmark, their communication throughout the process was faultless from the initial assessment to the finished job.

From the very first visit by Angel to the completion of the job by Matt and the team, this was an amazing process. My double story garage had slumped significantly, doors were jamming and cracks appearing. The technology is stunning and the people are friendly but incredibly professional. Communication was excellent and the whole team delivered exactly as promised and at the time and cost quoted. Truly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with - in any field. If you need something done that they can do for you, don't hesitate, they're the right people.

The service was excellent from the quote time to the finish. The installation guys were very considerate by taking of their boots at the door to being polite and respectful to the home and our furnishing. Very happy with Alan and the explanation of how the job would be done and the timing. Turned up on time and cleaned up at the end by Mick and the installation guys.

I could have written most of these reviews myself. I too had a longstanding problem of one corner of our house sinking so that bricks were moving apart and outwards. I believe a restumping of sinking houses costs an absolute bomb and a half, so Mainmark's solution to the problem which I discovered by accident on Facebook was an amazing alternative. It's nothing short of a miracle - foundation levelled, took only an hour or so at a very reasonable cost. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

These are true professionals - not only do they get the job done at a fraction of the cost of traditional underpinning but the guys are courteous and cannot do enough to make sure they leave behind a happy customer. Our old house was cracking all over the place - now we can plaster and paint with confidence it won’t be happening again.

The Brisbane floods this year saturated the ground to the point that my pool popped out of the ground by 150mm at the worst end. Calling pool builders and renovators gave me the impression that I had to rebuild the pool (although it was structurally sound). One final pool renovator recommended looking into the type of service Mainmark offers and upon seeing and experiencing Mainmark's processes I felt a weight off my shoulders and the idea of having to rebuild a pool was no longer the only option. Mainmark's salesperson walked in and looked at the pool and said "not a problem". Then, on the day of the work, the work crew turned up and said "easy". I am normally very sceptical but the consistency of their responses and body language gave me a strong sense that it would work out. Once they completed the job I was so overwhelmed seeing the pool back at level and looking better than it ever did that I stood there staring at it in amazement. The crew were also great to have a laugh with and explained the process as it was a new experience for me. I cannot recommend Mainmark enough as they have been easily the most professional crew I have seen in a long time.

What a great company to do business with. From the moment the e-mail was sent to get a quote, Mainmark notified me via a phone to talk with me.
The admin staff (Sandra) listened to my requirements and asked if some photos can be forwarded on to Mainmark. I was advised that a site inspection would be required which made me very comfortable as they also needed to know where all the services were.
I was contacted by Chris McWilliams and he made the inspection and organised for the services to be located. All I needed to do was to make the work area accessible and safe.
The services locator (Nathan) was great, and very patient and meticulous in his job.
A time was set for the job to be done and the personnel doing the work arrived on site, introduced themselves, set up safety road barriers and explained the process to me.
The job was completed in a very professional manner, all rubbish was contained and removed from site.
Chris McWilliams was available via phone during the whole process.
I cannot recommend a finer company to do the specialised work with such efficiency.

I initially contacted Mainmark with a long standing problem that I had (and ignored for too long). They returned my call promptly and arranged a review of my problem. Chris McWilliams came to us promptly and identified the problem and explained the procedure required to fix the problem. He then organised the plumber and also "Utility Locating Services - Nathan Ellis". The date was then organised when Mainmark were to come and rectify the problem. On the agreed day a team of four arrived to commence the rectification process (not only on time but early - a delight when it comes to trades people). Not only were they.efficient and professional but they kept me in the loop as they went along. The overall process went quicker than I had anticipated. Once again, on completion, they updated me what had occurred. When the team left and went onto their next assignment Chris then contacted me to ensure that I was happy with the overall procedure.
Mainmark and Utility Locating Services were extremely professional during the entire process and ensured that any fears that I had were alleviated. I was more than pleased with the overall process and would recommend them to anyone looking for the sort of help that I needed. I would be more than happy to expand on my comments at any time, to anyone.

Very happy with Mainmark. We have a large 1886 double brick home that had sunk up to 39mm at the front during the last 5 years of drought.
The foundation treatment work on the house was very well explained in advance. The treatment raised the front walls and almost completely closed the large cracks ready for re-plastering and painting.
Every member of the team from sales, accounts and the work crew onsite were professional and very easy to deal with.
The work crew involved me in every step of the repair work and did an excellent job.
Pleasantly surprised to find the final bill considerably cheaper than the quote as they did not have to use as much resin as estimated.
