Martin came out to inspect my property and from the get-go - I knew I would end up choosing Mainmark. Martin took the time to review the property and also spent time discussing the issues with me. A clear scope of work & a quote came quickly. Once I accepted the quote, communications with head office (lovely Sandy) were faultless! I was considered in all plans. On the day of the job, 3 top blokes (Kevin & crew) turned up on time and were not only focused, but super friendly. They left the work area clean & tidy. The end result - incredible! Following my initial enquiry to Mainmark, Maxine from customer services arranged for an onsite inspection by Sean, Mainmarks technical sales manager.
Sean put forward a solution to the problem, a Quote was provided.
All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Work was started very close to the scheduled date given.
On site work was undertaken by Bailey and his team of Zach, Hilli and Stew. These guys worked exceptionally well together. Work was competed to a very high standard. The final result was better than was expected. High emphasis was given to the protection of our asset. All rubbish was contained and removed from site.
One of the outstanding features of this firm is their communications either by email or phone contact. Many unanswered calls were returned even though I did not leave a message.

We had a crack in one of the corners of our house. We called Mainmark and made an appointment. Further, when we had to change the appointment at last minute, the specialist, Alan Reid, responded immediately and came to our place in no time.

I purchased a NSW regional motel 3 years ago. Afterwards, we noticed that 2 of the rooms at the end of the block showed foundation movement, resulting in wall cracks and doors not closing properly. I remember I kept a letter box drop leaflets years ago advertising an innovative concrete ground lifting technique by resin injection. I made contact with Mainmark and Tom Bailey was kind enough to come to meet me. He explained to us professionally about how to address the problem of foundation movement. He proposed a solution plan and provide us with a quotation. After we accepted the quotation, Tom then co-ordinated his team to start the job middle of January 2023. I was at the site to observe the job. Supervisor Kevin was very friendly and he explained to me the different steps of drilling and resin injection. Kevin’s assistants Jet & Casey not only did a great job, they also neatly cleaned the work area on completion. I noticed that after the resin injection, our motel doors are all in position and the wall cracks are closing up. This is a obvious result that the foundation had been lifted and stabilised.
I am very happy that I had engaged Mainmark to undertake the job. I have no hesitation in recommending Mainmark to anyone who wants to cost effectively lift and stabilise their building foundations.

Significant subsidence around our house culminated in underground drainage problems and concrete paths cracking. Were the foundations of the house secure, now and in the future? Sean from Mainmark came to check this out and after thoroughly measuring floor levels and inspecting site plans and geotech reports he gave us the good news that the house foundations were not affected. Top marks for his expertise and professionalism.

We were very happy with the service, Alan was verý responsive and the job was done quickly and professionally.

I had my place underpined on one wall due to the cracks in mortar between the bricks.however the foam injection shifted the footngs sideways and lifted these footings 50 mm higher than the stumps in the rest of the house.all doors are now out of plumb and all infernal walls are cracked, when I contacted them for advice and assistance the reponse was bad luck can not help you.

I’ve used Mainmark twice and I can’t recommend them enough. Thoughtful, careful and very tidy, this has made a massive difference to my home. Being built on clay can be a bit of a nightmare and their work has stabilised the house and the difference is amazing. 5 stars.
