Macarthur Mazda, in particular Lisa, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealership. I had to have a replacement part installed in my car and they made the process so seamless and easy. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up a few hours later. I'm very happy with the work and I know where I will be going when I need to upgrade my car.
We recently purchased a new CX-5 from Macarthur Mazda and right from the start nothing was too much trouble.
Killian organised for our old car to be valued from the comfort of our own home. He was able to source the car we wanted in a short time frame and was great to deal with.

This is perhaps the best car dealership in all of Sydney! Right from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out in our new car, our experience was fantastic. Alana, Davey, Daniel and Gus are an amazing team and we highly recommend them. Their goal was to get us in our dream vehicle by removing challenges and bottlenecks rather than putting more pressure like traditional car dealerships do. It is unbelievable really and restores my faith in buying from a dealership! If you're looking for a new Mazda (which is a amazing brand!), regardless of where you live in New South Wales, I suggest you start by paying a visit to Macarthur Mazda - trust me, you won't regret it!
Waste of my time. No negotiation skills. Playing games and insisting I put down a deposit ASAP. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a dealership so far.
Go see Killian, great guy and easy to deal with. Got the best price on my new Mazda after I went to every other dealership in Sydney. Cheapest by far.
The guys in used cars seemed a bit off though.

My work BT-50 had a transmission failure out of warranty. These guys went above and beyond with Mazda Australia to get it fixed under goodwill as they found there was an inherent fault in the Ute. Thanks to Sean the service advisor and the team. It took a while but we got there in the end!
Service department is so poor when it comes to talking me over phone. I was trying to reschedule my service and gentleman at the other end was so rude to me unnecessary. Totally unnecessarily. I tried to make a complaint but no one retuned my calls either.
I am so happy with the services at Macarther Mazda. Gus was extremely helpful and worked within my budget and guidelines!
