I called Macarthur Mazda on Saturday with some inquiries about my car since this is my first time owning a Mazda, a girl named Amarni answered the phone and she was the sweetest person she answered all the questions i had and reassured me and she also directed me to the correct services that would be able to help me with my car.

I Should have read the dozens of reviews of the poor service team before going there.

A safety recall was raised on bt50s for the fuel hose chaffing causing a fire hazard (Isuzu who share the same platform raised the recall several weeks earlier).
Contacted Mazda to book in a replacement as the fuel hose was badly chaffed.they confirmed they would have parts in stock at the time of the appointment (i offered to pay for one to eliminate wasted time of staff sitting around waiting for repairs.they assured me this was not needed as they ordered in many hoses to manage the flood of recalls coming in)
The truck was taken in on the day of the appointment only to be told the part wasn't there.we would need to rebook as the part was coming in tomorrow. They then refused to offer a courtesy vehicle and we now have to drive a time bomb around and hope the fuel line does cut through and drop fuel on the exhaust. I called the service manager to seek compensation for the wasted time and money involved in having their truck sitting around for 2 hours for no work to be done. Mazda refused any compensation.i was then told they could call me when the part is in.i then questioned the fact that we were told by the service desk, the part would be in the following day and we were trying to rebook jobs based on this information. The manager then said it may not be in tomorrow and they didn't have a confirmed time it would be in. I then questioned the fact that if i hadn't made this call and my staff had just rebooked the following day we could go through this whole process again. The manager confirmed it would likely have been the same situation (wasted time and money the following day)
No apology
No compensation
No courtesy vehicle
1 more time ticking time bomb on the road for an unknown length of time with a good luck from these guys

Absolutely bad and horrible experience my worst in my all customer service experience I would not recommend anyone to buy from there. Imagine a manager when you are looking for help to ask you to leave the showroom in the 2nd day of your purchase. Imagine when after paying a deposit and want to see the car you bought you have to ask for the key after a long wait honestly stupid decision to buy from MAZDA MacArthur and they all know no support will be provided so they care less.

Just bought a brand new Mazda 2 from Macarthur Mazda. From start to finish Melissa was amazing to work with. She answered every question, made me feel comfortable and showed that she cared about looking after me throughout my purchase. The contact whilst waiting for my car to be built and delivered was prompt and I was updated at every stage. Even organising pick up and trade in of my old car wasn’t a hassle and they made accomodations when needed. I would happily go back to Macarthur Mazda when it’s time to buy a new car and I would recommend them to friends and family! I would highly recommend asking for Melissa if you go in.

Worst service department ever been to for a car. Never finish service on time as highlight always take longer and when the car service is completed they will not call you to pickup the car. Even when I'm just sitting there waiting. I will go somewhere to get car service from now.

I had started seeing that break pads scratching the disk on the rear wheel and we had to move in a couple of days.
Called Mazda MacArthur and explain the situation. Sharon said they are extremely busy but asked to bring over the car to see what can be done.
My car was fixed next morning! So appreciate Sharon’s help and understanding!

The gentleman that served me seemed nice but just a tip to Mazda, test driving a car with the sales assistant in the front seat telling me exactly where to go at every turn was really not enjoyable.
It felt like a Learner’s driving test and although it may be company policy, it’s unnatural and awkward. I test drove the same car at another Mazda dealership (they allowed me to test drive it alone without me asking)
the next day and bought it.

If you want to get high quality and best price for Mazda, come this store and ask for Yinz. I have been 5 Mazda stores and never meet the sales like Yinz.

He is very professional and helpful. The most important is he helps me save much money than other staff!

Buying a car from Macarthur Mazda was a seamless experience. RUN AWAY & DO NOT LOOK BACK- if you come across a name, 'Kieran Sams' one of their so called managers. If you trust him, prepare for a BIG trouble.
I am a loyal customer of Mazda since years. I bought two cars in last 10 years as I like the Mazda cars and its fantastic features but this dealer has broken my trust. Mazda H. O.should keep an eye on this dealer for better customer service and business ethics.
