I have to completely agree with a lot of the other negative reviews as you scroll down.
The service in this place is garbage, you have to be available for at least 2 hours to get your nails done and even then its not even a job worth waiting 2 hours for.
Constantly speaking about their customers in their own language and you can definitely tell by their eye contact and body language, it's so disrespectful.
They also have all these cheap SNS brands, my nails have constantly been breaking and cracking because of it, after all those years of making sure they grow and stay strong and healthy I'm back to square one.

Yes they're relatively cheaper than a lot of other places, but sorry customer service always wins at the end of the day.

(Two stars only because they used to be alright when they first started and they have decent prices, trying to be fair with my review but I'm still not going back again)

Great service.only one person concentrates on you rather than swapping two or three.did an exceptional job very nice environment I will be back.

WORST NAIL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. Living in the area this nail salon is super convenient which is why I have given this place so many chances. The last time I was in here I was left for 25 minutes with acetone and foil on my fingers, with the girls avoiding eye contact with me and it wasn’t until I started taking it off myself that someone came over to do my SNS. My time is valuable and I don’t have 1.5 hours to sit in a nail salon. I left with super square nails which everyone said were not the best. Each time I have been here I have either had to come back or fix them myself at home because I have been so embarrassed with how they have turned out. AND every single time I have gotten a pedicure I have been cut because the girls are so inexperienced and rough and do not care. Instead they put this green liquid on the cut without asking and when I pull away and say ‘ow’ they look up at me and smile it off. I have brought friends with me to this shop, giving them buisness and I still feel like the whole time I am in there all the girls do is speak in their own language, even going so far to actually look at you and talk to eachother and even laugh. Working in a office, I work in a very corporate professional environment and i honestly can’t believe how this is allowed to go on. The girls do not respect or appreciate their clients and all they care about is getting as many people in and out as quick as they can. The last time I was in there some guy, I assume was one of the girls husband came into the shop with a plastic bag with 4 beer bottles in it and walked back outside with a mug to speak to a guy outside, he continued to come in and out with a full mug each time - not a good look. At the end of the day this place is just a cheap and nasty nail salon. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere that has a good atmosphere and professional workers.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to! I had gone to get SNS and I had tips applied from a previous salon. She asked if I wanted to get infill and I said yes. She did not reapply the tips but lazily she just buffed them and each nails was a different shape! She was too lazy to reapply new tips and all of my nails were going in different directions. She had charged me $55 but should have been charged $30 as she did not reapply anything but sns. Such a rip off!

Never going back to this nail place again. It was terrible service and felt very uncomfortable while i was there. They all spoke in their own language in front of you and they are obviously talking about you. They do not inform you of what they are doing to your nails and just keep you waiting while they do their own thing. Never going back again.

Overall utterly disgusting and poor nail salon, ruined my wife’s nails and treated her horribly workers are unprofessional and this place needs to be definitely shutdown, they’re lucky I didn’t come down to the store myself.

I've been going here for a few years now to get shellac pedicure. Never had anything but good service and a job well done.

Very bad people that work there please people don’t go there one lady that works there is very abusive when you tell her the truth their work is bad nails come off next day when confronted about it they started to get abusive I will not let these people go I will be going through to consumer affairs I have the recording and evidence of what they did

Been a long time loyal customer and i have to say that the customer service and nails are amazing and out of this world! Really recommend this salon

Disgusting service! Went for sns and a pedi usally takes 45-60 mins was there for nearly 3 hours! Dont have a baby or do not bring a pram they huff and puff, winge about space and then speak in another language about you. (i know as their was a Viet lady sitting next to me who advised what they were saying.) I have been a loyal customer for years however they dont acknowledge me, will not greet me at all since i have put them out by bringing my son with me! SHAME ON YOU

Horrible. I asked how much for mani and sns and shellac, they quoted $55 and then mid procedure said a manicure was an extra $5? I was charged $60 for a "manicure" and a base coat of sns and shellac on top. Started peeling off THE NEXT DAY. Manicure was completely rushed and nail polish was so thick and lumpy. It looks horrible and didn't last. I will never go here again.

Dont do the best job, I ended up with bubbles and dust under my nails. The design I wanted they couldn't do and their response was 'this is how we do it here' but it looked nothing like marble which I've done multiple times and even tried telling them how. I left with my nails incomplete. They wouldn't buff them even though id asked them to, I had to do it myself at home
Overall very poor. Ive been multiple times and I've never left there happy so no more chances

Nails always great! Long lasting etc.down side is have to wait sometimes to get in because they're busy
