My experience here was extremely rushed, refused to nail art because my nails were “too short” and then proceeded to do French tip in less than 10minutes, and started another clients nails before finishing mine. You can see the white of my natural nails because she didn’t bother to paint over it, and the “tip” doesn’t reach the edge of my nails.

Had a full set of nails put on I was absolutely shattered with the way they were on and how they looked. Instead of having 1 person do my nails it was like a pit stop, next next next. When I was charged 55.00 and today I had to go to a different salon to have these fixed and the way I wanted them. Will never go here again.
Waste of money and Time, I was too embarrassed to even go back cause they all speak another language and u don’t know what the hell they are saying and staring at u.

Came in for acrylic removal and new set as my usual place was closed and I was desperate.
She used a spare nail tip to remove my acrylic and completely destroyed my nail bed.
It genuinely hurt and I kept flinching in pain but she didn't seem to care. She actually dug into some parts of my actual nail bed because she thought it was the acrylic. So now 3 of my nails are bleeding.

I asked them to just clean up my nails and I would pay and she seemed genuinely shocked that I didn't want to go ahead with a new set after she kept hurting me?

The place is always quiet and it makes sense why now. Worst salon EVER

I went to get my eyebrows done, the lady had no idea what to do! After 10 mins of I have no idea what and 2 attempts my eyebrows were still not clean. Another lady came to the help and wanted me to tell her how to clean eyebrows!
The manager was extremely rude also! Do not recommend ever!

Went today for a manicure and did an ombré colour. They were so patient and she did them perfectly. I love the colour so much, one of the best set of nails I have ever gotten!
Can’t wait to come back for a different style.

Came here to get my nails done and within a couple of days 2 of my nails fell off so i went back to fix the nails and they charged me $10 for 2 nails to be fixed? And after that another 2 fell over definitely not the best nails i’ve had will not be back.

Amazing Lashes and was really professional. I use her lash products aswell for after care and can't recommend enough!

As a male i was very intrigued and satisfied with the service provided by Jessica. My toes were very crusty and malnourished, however, with her assistance she was able to help me with my pedicure. As a first time customer experiencing the nature of a pedicure i was very happy with the value, quality and professional conduction lovely Nails & Beauty provided. I will definitely be back soon and would recommend.

Iv been to a lost of nail shops but then found lovely nails and haven’t been anywhere else since! They are by far the best nail shop I have been to. I only request for Helen or Jessica they do everything so professionally and perfect you’ll always wanna go back. They even offer 10% off when you pay cash. Colours are amazing iv been a customer with them now for over 3 years and now everyone I know goes there they never disappoint. Worth every cent

Had my nails and eyebrows done at Lovely Nails & Beauty for the first time today. Lily was completely professional and did a beautiful full set of tips with SNS. Flattering shape, neat and ensured all nails were the same size and shape. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows too. Would definitely recommend!

I find all the negative reviews really strange! Maybe since then, they've tried to be better. I've had nothing but a great experience here. Each time I've been to get acrylics done and have requested Jessica. She is by far the best nail lady I have ever been to. She takes care, gives you plenty of options and does an absolutely FANTASTIC job. She takes under an hour as well which is crazy to me because every place I'd been to before would take 1.5-2 hours. It's also refreshing to have one lady do your nails instead of 2 or 3 chopping and changing. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. And if you're in doubt, ask for Jessica - you won't be disappointed.

After months of dealing with nail salons in miranda Westfield’s being rushed in and out of the salon, I came back to my local area and nail salon haven’t been here in years!
So happy I did I only got a pedicure today as short of time, but the lady was efficient and really good at what she did my massage wasn’t just a quick rub and wash and the whole service I’m so happy I came back here the past 6 months I have felt like my feet have been washed in some water and painted on, today I got the proper service of a pedicure will make the travel from the shire to here that’s for sure! My daughter got her nails done. The 2nd day a nail popped off and she was told next time it happens, she’ll have to pay to repair it. Who ever heard of an acrylic nail failing off within 24 hours? ! The repaired nail was done as if my 11 year old did it, not a so called professional nail artist.
Please save your money and find a place that has consumer minded staff. Although not feasible across the board, the customer is always right. Especially if proprietors want their clientele to return.

I wouldn’t recommend this nail store. Bad customer service. They just want you out very quickly. Standard prices. Cheap SNS brands. They said my nails were dry (after not even 2 minutes) and once I got in the car they had smudged. Do yourself a favor and DONT GO THERE. I won’t be anymore. There are many other great and better nail shops in Revesby

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I wish I read the reviews before I went here and wasted my time and money. They absolutely botched my nails. They took my acrylics off and destroyed my natural nails instead of soaking them off gently. I had shellac done and after removing acrylics you would think they would apply a nail strengthener just like any other salon but NO they did not do that. My nails chipped the next day and the shellac was peeling off. They charged me double than what I pay at my usual nail salon, I only tried here as it's local. My mum also did her nails here and got a chrome colour on her acrylics which also peeled off within 2 days and it was lumpy, you could see all bumps underneath the colour. Our colour usually lasts almost a month or at least up until we decide to go for infills at our usual nail salon. Also very rude customer service! Trust me DO NOT GO HERE! I learnt the hard way!
