I recently bought an investment property thru Love realty and have chosen them to be the property managers for the said property as well. I had an amazing experience right from Shane who helped organise inspections for different properties (when I was searching for a good investment) to Bill (one of the partners at Love Realty) who assisted in untying a few knots and resolving issues to the benefit of both parties thru what I can only say was his wisdom having worked in the Industry for so long to Leanne who as one of the admins was quick in responding to emails, calls and organising access to the property allowing me to carry out the necessary due diligence thru various consultants. The great experience has continued with Nicole, who as Director (of property management side of things) has gone above and beyond with her assistance and knowledge to help secure the best tenants for the property. With the kind of team Love Realty has and the extraordinary culture I witnessed thru my dealings so far, I truly believe that Love Realty has a very bright future ahead of them and I wish them the very best.

Do not rent a house with these clowns. Terrible agents that don't care about you or what the contract says. Always trying to take as much money from you as possible.very very very unprofessional.

I recently bought a place through LOVE and was really impressed with them. They had to cope with a vendor and tenants who were difficult and unpleasant at times and I admired their professionalism which stopped a bad situation getting worse. I found them to be clear, straightforward and honest and, something I don't normally associate with real estate agencies, kind and I am really grateful to the team for helping me find a new home. I can certainly recommend them. Thanks to all of you.

Lol @ treat your customers with love, how far from the truth is that. I was treated as a second rate citizen.

Change your name as your far from giving love

I have never left a review in my life, but I had to just for your company as I have never been so poorly treated in my life.

Please train your stuff in good customer service

- Thanks for treating me like a retard and that I was the one in fault for it all. I am sorry that I have never moved house before and was unaware of the process. Informing me of what I need to do in a way that does not alienate your clintel is a much better approach.

- Thanks for offering me squaller properties that were all flithy. If you are going to take on properties that should be demolished, I don't think your business is going to last long.

- Your staff are rude and treat you like second rate citizens.

Consistently broke contract, never provided any desperately needed fixes to the property after numerous questioning about it. One of our tenants lived with a leak in his roof from the sewer line that leaked straight into his room for months on end, then when the agents saw it, immediately tried to blame it on us. Still never fixed it. During our time of renting the property it went on sale, and during this time, our contract stated that the agents can give 4 visits to the house a fortnight. After having upwards of 10 inspections a fortnight we complained and this issue was once again ignored.

Then came the move out time, and after leaving the house in an exceptionally better shape than we got it in, we were still charged with an enormous fee for seemingly absolutely nothing. When we contested with proof photos of move in and move out days (Yes we knew their corruption was coming) we were essentially told too bad, bring it up with the tribunal, which none of us have the time to do working full time jobs.

If you have the option of either renting with LOVE or being homeless, I would pick homelessness any day of the week. I've told everyone about our terrible experiences around the University Community and to avoid at all costs, and I hope that everyone else listens as well. Never felt less LOVE in my life.

Terrible.where do I start. Bullies, over the top contact via SMS, terminate lease agreements on false grounds. Only an imbecile would put something in writing that is absolutely false, and it's amazing when you actually speak to the owner of the rental property and they have absolutely no idea you lease has been terminated, and have actually been advised that you yourself terminated your lease. Unprofessional on all levels. Disgusting, and what is even worse, when networking around, it is amazing how many other people have such a similar opinion of this organisation. No wonder the turnover of staff is so often. Love.there's irony

Multiple times they advertised prices which are wrong and more then the price allowed by Fair Trading (not more then 10%). Many of the 5 star reviews below are from their own staff - you can check this off their website (Audrey Jenkins, Joanne Brown, Donna Beavan, Kirsten Gilbert, Charlotte Saint-Yves, Tristan Murphy, Simeon Marshall, Andrew Dove, Leanne Hoy, Jason Hewitt, Brooke Conway, Liam McAlister, Brett Stafford, Liam Cromarty, Karlie Mitchell). This company lied to me multiple times stating a property in Mayfield was already sold despite advertising the home for 6 weeks after. I contacted them 4 times asking if it was still for sale any why they were still advertising and the only response I got was "because we can". They also constantly put junk mail in our letterbox despite a no junk mail sign on it.

I cannot fault them, i'll say it again I CANNOT FAULT THEM. A wonderful team and pleasure to deal with. Very personable approach and I have thoroughly enjoyed my transactions with Love Realty. On behalf of my wife and I, thank you all so much and we look forward to future dealings.
