Don't sell your house with Love Realty after they find a buyer they try to make out there are things wrong with your home like hot water not working and ask to have $3000 taken off the price plus they also send a plumber out without my permission and deducted $165 out off my payment when all the problem was with the hot water unit was it needed to be fired up cause it is a gas hot water.

5 Stars for the great job Tristan and the team did with the Photos and Video of our property. Early stage yet, but so far we have been very happy with the service we are receiving from Daniel our Agent and Jacob.

Absolute filthy service and experience with these guys. So nice In the beginning until they get a hold of your money. Never expect a bond back with these guys either, They will ensure they make up some amazing lies to keep it all and expect to pay more. No such thing as contracts, it’s just whatever suits them. Strongly recommend people to stay clear from this mob.

Worst real estate ever, I have put three applications with them, they didn't acknowledge if they have received the applications then I called their office twice to follow up my application after two or three weeks each time the same answer" it's not up to real estate anymore, the owner is now reviewing the applications". Now two months passed and I have never recieved anything to even let me know my application wasn't successful.

Poor service from rental department. Never return emails or phones calls or enquires from websites. Would be appreciated if some contact was made if an applicat is unsuccessful so they know wether to keep searching for other properties. Will be avoiding any rental properties that are handled by LOVE Realty in future!
I can't reply to the response.but no I called Aleesha she has never contacted me or returned any emails on this and previous properties.

My partner and I bought our very first home through LOVE and we can not fault them. Warren was amazing through the whole experience, when everything turned upside down due to our broker he was very supportive and patient with the settlement.

Agent does not respond to emails, unwilling to fix serious existing issues with rental property.
There was no reason for you to call my house and yell at my children. Let this negative feedback teach you that the universe is arbitrary & unfair
