I was very impressed by Ashley's professionalism and approach towards my family and myself in getting the home we needed to lease. Her character is a true asset to the Company, Louis Carr head office should be very proud to have a young lady who goes over and beyond her duties to keep her tenants happy.

We have just rented a house through Louis Carr for 2 1/2 years and during that time we had several property managers. Our initial experience was not good at all. There were many issues with the property and we were constantly chasing for repairs to be done and calls and emails were not answered. In summary, it was all a complete pain. Then Ashley Lawes took over the management of our tenancy and everything changed very much for the better. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any issues were always quickly dealt with. She was always professional committed and courteous and we could not recommend her highly enough. An absolute gem of a property manager.
