Lotus is a really lovely recruitment agency! They found me a temp job that I absolutely love and make sure to check in each week to see how everything is going. Great company to work with:)

Lotus People are one of the best recruitment agencies I signed up to out of the many when I arrived in Sydney. They have kept in touch on a weekly, sometimes daily basis for my availability and make you feel like you aren't forgotten about which can happen a lot from other agencies.

Super friendly and helpful, I approached them being unsure of what I wanted to do and they helped me start in a new industry and it's kicked off a new chapters in my career! Thanks guys!:)

I have been in Sydney for over a year now and Lotus People have found me all of my temporary jobs in Sydney. All the jobs I have had have been with top quality companies - communication is always to a high standard even if they don't have a job for you (they ensure to message you every week to let you know they are still searching).

Well I am not selected to registered with Lotus People at this stage due to "high volume of applications". I don't understand how many people working there that has large clients based. Sounds pretty unfair and disrespectful.

Lotus People are the first agency I’ve worked with in Australia (I’m on a WHV) and they’ve been fantastic. I deal mostly with Kim, who interviewed me remotely and I was working the very next morning.

Since this she checks with me every week to make sure all is okay, and has personally visited me once in my office.

Chloe Duignan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication & honest. She was quick and efficient with keeping me up to date with progress. She was a great encouragement before and after interviews. Chloe is apart of a great company who really look after their candidates.

While on my working holiday visa to Australia I met a few recruitment agencies in Sydney, but it was Lotus people that really stood out and found me my two temping positions with great companies. From my first meeting with the team at Lotus People I could tell this place was something different. I'd had previous interviews at Recruitment agencies only to be left feeling undervalued and like a number.
