I found my first job in the country through Lotus People; it was a temporary position. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in helping me find work; she took the time to understand my advantages and disadvantages and what I wanted in a job. She also communicated with me frequently, so that I wouldn't feel neglected. She guided me through the entire process and took the time to check in with me and update me if anything relevant occurred. Jen is still my angel; I still refer to her as such, but she claimed to be only going about her duties. Without a doubt, definitely recommend to everyone!

When I first applied for a role Lotus has advertised Kerry had contacted me in less than 24 hours after I sent in my application. She emailed me same time trying to set up a zoom meeting, she was super friendly and explained the role of the job and what the company was after. In less than 2 hours from that zoom meeting with Kerry I was already in a meeting with the client, the week after I had already started the role. Kerry called and emailed me every week to checkup to see how I was going and how the role was, if I had any issues or questions, she updated me about what was going on in the company I was working with. Got a decent pay from lotus every week, and never had issues with it, the company itself is super organised. After a few months I was in contact with Shaney who was looking after me and doing the regular check ups, after a year working for lotus the client company had offered me a full time role which I accepted and still in the role today. Would definitely recommend working or applying through lotus. Well looked after and managed, and never had any issues.

Shaney was super helpful and understood what I need to know in order to be ready for the interview. She made sure to communicate it effectively and offered extra resources that I could use to ensure I was ready to go for the interview. She made sure to check up on me before and after interview to see how it went and also made sure to reach out to let me know as soon as she heard back from the employer so that I wasn't waiting for weeks for a response. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for employment as she goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure that you are able to find employment as well as making sure that you are well prepared for the interview. She is also super transparent about what to expect and is always happy to answer any questions you may have before the interview regarding the company, and how to approach preparing for the interview. On-top of this she is very caring and understanding about how nerve racking the interview process can be at times and always willing to check on you to ensure you aren't feeling overwhelmed.

I was placed in August by Lotus to a great organisation where I love working. There was a few hiccups along the way with the organisation but Lotus have been there at every step to make sure everything is ok, going well and there are no issues. There is constant contact between us and I really feel supported by them. The team are friendly and approachable and really understand you needs as a WHV holder.

Lotus was my first recruitment agency that I applied for when I got to Sydney. I got a call straight away from Daisy Martin and within half an hour of me sending lotus and email with my CV attached I got invited in for an interview the next day. Daisy made me feel at ease and listened to my experience and my skills to carefully match me to the perfect job. I got introduced to many other employees such as Miya who also came in to chat with me about my experience. We bonded over our farm experience and built that rapport which made me trust this agency and that they would remember me when i walked out that door. Within a week I had a couple of same day start roles to then i was then placed in a longer term role working for a finance company in the city. I couldn't fault them enough during my employment, and were constantly checking up on me to see how I was doing and my placement in this job was probably one of the best I have had in Sydney. I had applied to a job notice that Lotus posted and came in and met with Sham who was absolutely warm and I felt positive about our initial meeting. A week went by and I was placed into two interviews, which were successful! I had a choice! I decided to go with the position as a co-ordinator at a College and 8 months later, found myself promoted to a managerial role! I could not thank Lotus enough. They take care of their staff, who in-turn take care of clients and candidates.
