35 I have been training with Jackie now for almost a year. As I have a number of issues to be addressed Jackie has always been very supportive and considerate with the program he sets for me. It varies from week to week depending on how I’m feeling. He is always encouraging me to push myself a little harder and when the session is over I feel as though I have had a good workout!

I am 50 years young and have been working with Jackie the Exercise Physiologist at Bella Vista for about four months now. Starting at a low base with flexibility, balance and strength due to long hours at a desk job. Gains have been made across all area's. I have been to many exercise physiologists and none were able to give me the help and support I needed. I decided to give Longevity a try and was appointed Jackie. From the first meeting I was impressed! He knew about MS and wasn’t trying to tell me that he would cure me with exercises. He definitely has my best interests at heart and through the worsening of my condition he maintains a positive outlook and wants to help me stay as functional as possible. Even on the days I don’t feel like going I always push myself and feel better after seeing his smiling face!
In May this year I felt I really needed to start exercising. The only walking I did was going around the shops. I had a permanent ache on my right side that made walking uncomfortable and it was painful to climb up stairs. I continuously felt tired, had to nap every day, and couldn’t concentrate on anything. I signed up to Longevity and was introduced to my Personal Trainer - Jackie, who is the nicest young man. He gives me so much encouragement all through the sessions. I am getting lots of help with my balance, and my arms and legs and hands are much stronger, as well as my core. Best of all we seem to have fixed the ache in my side - and I rarely have to nap anymore! Small gym, friendly atmosphere, and I get to choose the music! Jackie astounds me with all the varieties of exercises he uses to work all my muscles (which is so interesting). I turn 77 next week, so it’s never too late to learn! Thank you
Jackie's personalised training sessions are very beneficial to my health and well being. He is always friendly in his instructions. Also he explains and ensures that I am doing my exercises correctly to gain maximum benefit.
I appreciate that Jackie encourages me to push a bit further in my exercise in a safe setting. He articulates goals for me so I feel a sense of achievement and improvement after every session,
2 years on and off shoulder injury almost gone in months thanks to Jackie. After a year of constant pain, I thought my shoulder was done. But with safe training it is stronger and now pain free with almost full capacity. Thanks again
Jackie tailors a program for me that takes into account the changing health issues I have, and my preferred forms of exercise. Each session is new and fun, and Jackie is a very engaging and passionate person. I truly look forward to each of my sessions with him.

Jackie is an excellent EP. He had guided me through recovery and his sessions are both challenging and instructional. I don’t mind working hard but it is always good to know why and what areas are being targeted. Highly recommended. His choice in music isn’t too bad either
Jackie from Longevity has been awesome! He is super friendly, and passionate and what his does. He has helped and encouraged to improve my overall fitness. Longevity has recently begun helping me recover from a motorcycle accident. Breaking 8 ribs and my ankle in two places, rehab has been slow and painful and COVID has caused more than a few delays, my physio recommendation I began some exercise physiology sessions with Jackie at the New Image PT gym in Bella Vista. Week on week has seen me feeling a little more normal as my strength and stamina improve. Jackie checks in each week to understand how I am feeling and what I want to achieve so he can ensure our sessions are targeted and productive. I appreciate that Jackie takes the time to walk through drills and corrects me on the go to ensure I am doing them properly. Jackie also provides much needed encouragement to get through some of the tougher parts of the sessions.
