Have had a great experience twice with Lock and Roll. They fixed two sliding doors for us and charged very reasonably. One door has a pre-existing problem with the frame, that needs replacing, something that Lock and Roll don't do, but because of this the door came off it's track again a few weeks later. They came out for free to put it on the track again. Tradesmen have all had a great, friendly, professional manner and are well presented so would recommend Lock and Roll for any window or sliding door repairs.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY! DO NOT USE!
Charged over $700 WITHOUT APPROVAL to replace 2 rollers in a door frame. Said they would take off the call out fee of $145. Didn't do that either. DO NOT USE!

I can't speak highly enough of Lock & Roll. On time, did a great job with the repair and even offered to fix something else for me since he was already there at no extra charge!

Repaired our sliding windows and was quoted $150 call out fee plus $149 for parts.
It was determined that no parts were needed, only adjustment to existing parts was necessary taking 15 minutes.
Charged $150 plus $120 technicians fee which I considered a “rip off “
(I was not informed, prior, of a “technicians fee”).
Subsequent to my complaint of overcharging I was contacted by their company Director who apologised for the overcharge and made an appropriate refund.
They are therefore to be commended to the prompt response to the complaint and the satisfactory outcome.

Impressive professional attitude. Mark came to repair my double hung trend windows. I was very happy with the result already but he just kept on working on it for more than 30 minutes to get better balance and smooth movement. Many thanks.

David came to service our bifold doors. He and his assistant were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Pricing was also reasonable. Would not hesitate to call Lock & Roll again. Thanks for giving us back the freedom to use our outdoor room again.

Excellent service all round. For a fraction of the price of new sliding doors, Sean & his team fixed old sliding doors and installed new locks and seals. Doors are like new.

Great service from the outset. Sean initially explained that they didn't have in stock the replacements for our size windows. About 2 weeks later contacted us to arrange a fresh date and time. Arrived within about 5 minutes of appointed time. Respectful of our property, worked quickly and quietly. On completion of the job got us to check the work.made some suggestions. Paid, and efficiently got a receipt by e-mail. Great Customer service.

I had a very excellent experience with Lock & Roll who fixed my 40year old aluminium windows and new fly screens. They sourced the obsolete parts and didn't leave till they were satisfied with the quality of the window movements, new seals, rubbers and rollers and an excellent price for the labour involved - i recommend totally!

Poor customer service and attitude. A lady, who claims that she is that only customer service rep always say that they have booked out for the month. When we finally got a booking for a job for 3 weeks later.they have no message, email or any kind of confirmation. When the day came, they just called you when they arrive. When I said that I can do it an hour later or in the afternoon, they said they are fully booked for the day.

The "best part" is that they will charge you a $145+GST second call out fee as well. I reckon this is really bad service with no any written confirmation and reminder. The lady CS rep even said that I should have remembered the date and she has a diary. Her tone on the phone was bad and even yelled at me.

Try to find other company if you can as it seems that they don't care they customer anyway.

1 sliding door I thought beyond fixing and 2 aluminium windows given a new lease of life, plus the tradesman was on time, polite and very professional, paid a fair price but service like this I thought was a thing of the past - 100% especially to the 'tradie' who helped me at Roselands
