Peter came over and fixed up a problem with our patio sliding doors, just before Xmas … did a great job - tho’ was a bit pricey

Skilled professionals but expensive as heck. $700+ to replace a roller on a sliding glass door including call out fee. Feels like a rip off.

Purchased a house, all windows, doors and screens desperately needed attention. Travis was the angel sent to put things right. Would definitely recommend this company. Professional, efficient, top customer service. Plan to call on them for other work I need to have done.

I needed to get my aluminium windows put back in working order and the locks updated. The work was done promptly and within an affordable budget. Thank you David and young assistant.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Lock and Roll. The appointment was easy and quick, the tradesman was efficient and pleasant, and the work was effective. We would call this firm again if the need arose.

Job was completed adequately. Not perfectly but doors are old so I accepted the result. However the charge was outrageous. Make sure you get a quote before the work is done. High call out fee on top of ludicrously high labour fee. They did give me a slight reduction but still left with a bill I believe is not justifiable.
Will not be proceeding with any further work with this company.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Was stung 610 bucks for a sliding door service and had my floor damaged.
They retro fitted 2 $20 sliders each door (2 doors total) and sprayed some silicone spray on the tracks all in half an hours work.
I also assisted in removing and installing both doors.

Managed to get a reduction in my invoice down to $420.
This guys are rubbish. Do not recommend and will not use EVER again.

These guys came out on three seperate occasions to attempt a simple repair to change the rollers on my sliding door, after the third attempt they conceded they can’t/don’t know how to do it so I told them to put the old ones back on.
They day after the door wouldn’t open or close anymore unless extreme force was applied, it’s now destroyed the frame, the steel frame is sliding on itself creating steel shavings all over the floor.
I’ve tried calling multiple times and it just goes through to an answering machine, I would stay away from this company.

I emailed the company to request an assessment for water ingress because the doors were not sealing correctly. I received a reply to state that the company doesn't repair doors for water ingress even if the rubber sealing needs to be replaced.

I got my doors and windows installed and supplied by Stegbar when I built my house a few years ago. My losing door was giving issues and Stegbar recommended me to Lock and Roll as it was out of warranty. I called Lock and Roll and was informed there would be a Call out fee of $198 in addition to other parts and services which ingreed on. Jake from Lock and Roll attended on 23/1/2023 and I assisted him in removing the glass sliding door and he replaced the two plastic roller (front and rear) and filed the track. I then assisted him in fitting the door. He then informed me it was $210 for replacing the rollers which shocked me as I did not believe two plastic rollers cost $210! So I called Stegbar and they informed that the same rollers cost $44 incl GST. I understand the company needs to make a profit - but 5 times the profit? Moreover I also assisted him in removing and replacing the door back as well and the only extra service he did was to file the track. So I called Sales today 24/1/2023 and spoke to Mariana after emailing them attaching Stegbar quote. At fort she tried to explain to me tat it was the cost for the rollers: then after she read the email she informed me she would take $50 off the $429 invoice ($198 call out fee + $210 rollers and service) and that her manager will email me the new invoice next week. How does one justify this type of service? First $210 for service and parts then $160 and on top of that a call out/inspection fee for $198! This will be the last time i use this mob. The technician turned up on time, explained the problem clearly, then fixed it in under 10 minutes. Can't ask for more.

Six of our roller doors were extremely dilapidated and I couldn’t remember a time where they were functional. Stephen was extremely lovely and professional and our doors are now better than new! I couldn’t recommend him and lock and roll enough! Affordable, friendly and above and beyond customer service!

We recently got some new locks put on our windows. The service we received from Davis was great. Organised, helpful, clean and kept in contact with us whilst waiting for parts. I would recommend this business.

Extremely unprofessional. They sent one worker to fix our balcony door. The worker left after five minutes claiming the balcony door was too large and required 2 people. The same worker came back a month later again by himself.definitely do NOT use this company. I had to call another company to finally fix my balcony door.

Twice ive tried organising to get our balcony door fixed. No one picks up the phone, left messages etc. They havent bothered to get back in touch, its been nearly a week. Unreliable

Booked lock and roll, had problems with the sliding door the technicians arrived on time and were well presented very friendly and very professional explained everything they were going to do and was charged what was quoted, there were no hidden extra charges. My wife and I were very happy with the service, l would use lock and roll again and would highly recommend them

The lock on our door would sometimes lock but often not. Lock & Roll booked in with me within an hour of receiving the work order from our strata company & tried to juggle their schedule around to fit the job in early because of the security issue. Sean fixed the problem quickly and had experience of the issue with that lock so knew exactly what the problem was. In/out within 15 minutes and was polite & professional. Would definitely recommend.

Sean came to fix my 1993 aluminium sash windows. He was great, all fixed no problem. He was friendly, efficient and clean - providing some extra help and advice also. Would happily recommend!

Sean and his team arrived on time and did a great job. It is hard to get quality tradesmen to do fiddly stuff with timber windows. These guys delivered.

I found these guys to be extremely prompt, really friendly and highly professional. I would highly recommend them.
