Lee-Anne Klause was the sales agent who handled the sale of our investment property at Terranora NSW. The property had been appraised by the agency handling the rental and also an external party. The agents managing the property gave an over inflated property value, so I was not keen to let them handle the sale.
Lee-Anne put a lot of time and effort into selling this property for us. I liked her marketing strategy. She gave sound advise, kept us in the loop and is very easy to communicate with. I clicked with Lee-Anne from the get go and this sale had a few hiccups, however through the efforts of Lee-Anne and our conveyancing solicitor Wendy we managed to get the best possible outcome.
I really like Lee-Annes style and work ethic, I have no hesitation in recommending Lee-Anne to sell anyones property.
