I didn't know what to expect when first talking to Paul, but I am so glad that I went with him. I did speak to two other estate agents from other companies beforehand and saw straight through them for what they were. Paul worked very hard for us and the advice he was giving us was spot on. He called once or twice every day to give me updates which was much appreciated. He is very easy to get along with and did not come across as what I would call a "Typical" salesman, which I liked. To me, Paul is open and honest which is what I was looking for, and Paul worked for me and my best interests, which was also what I was looking for. We were not just another "number" towards how many houses I can sell to beat the next agent but was genuinely interested and caring. Thanks Paul and to your team in the background. Excellent work.

When we decided to sell it was an easy decision to choose Paul to sell our house. With our busy work schedules he would meet with us after hours and he is always welcome to our home. I received the attached flyers in my mailbox on Haig St Coolangatta, despite not requesting this information, despite not providing my details to you, despite this being a private residence, despite clearly stating “NO JUNK MAIL” on the letter box. This is in violation of the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011 which means fines up to $3,916. I have reported this flyer and you for unsolicited advertising material (junkmail) and lodged a formal complaint to the Distribution Standards Board in Queensland.
